This was a terrible experience. I received a manicure and pedicure. I noticed during my pedicure, before the woman was about to put the polish on, that she did not remove a lot of my toenail polish. She told me that I «had too much on.» I was charged an extra $ 10 for a foot massage that consisted of soft pressure. When I asked for it harder(twice) she ignored me both times. The manicure massage was awful too. They didn’t care to turn on my massage chair either. I am not picky, but when I pay for a service I should not have to do it myself. I will NEVER come back here. NEVER.

More than you would usually pay and you’re not getting anything special. They do use a hot towel and stone during the pedicure but the water wasn’t hot, didn’t turn the chair on and was done in less than a half an hour, the entire process. I had to ask how if I needed to turn on the drier for my toes because I just went and sat… crickets, crickets… A lady wasn’t happy with her gel manicure when I was there, that seemed really short too. But anyway she was saying she could see the tips of her nails, and was pretty much just told«no…no» She left saying she wouldn’t come back and they didn’t do anything to try and convince her otherwise. Stick with your go to even if it’s a long wait!

went in for a gel manicure, was happy with the OPI color selection. However, the application of the polish seemed to appear bubbly from the nail tech rushing(even though it was not busy at that particular time) Some of my nails were not filed down to the same length, one even crooked. The polish also did not cover the entire nail … You can noticeably see part of the side of the nail has no paint. I always feel rude inspecting what the nail technician did and telling them what to do but $ 30 later, i wish i did. I will not be going back. I have yet to find a good nail place in Voorhees.

I paid $ 30 for a gel manicure. Typical for the area but I’ve paid $ 20 – 25 elsewhere. Lynn was very nice and did a fantastic job. I didn’t make an appointment and had to come back in half hour which I didn’t mind. They have a loyalty program and coupons in the mail which I appreciate. The salon was clean and I saw sanitizing agents being used on the tools and pedicure area.

They rush the pedicure like crazy here! I’m not finding great nail salons in south jersey. Every pedicure I’ve been having is way to quick.

Visited 1÷30÷13 — It was an Ok pedicure. Maybe because I just slipped in while they were starting the closing clean up(there was still over any hour before closing).

I had a good first experience at this nail salon. The staff were very friendly and polite. The mani/pedi I received was rather well done, though slightly quick(I like a loooong draaaawn out pedicure.) Pricing seems to have been on par for this area. I’m glad I stopped in and know I’ll return. The shop was clean, bright from natural light, and had the typical selection of polishes.(OPI, etc.) It is a medium size salon, though of course that’s relative to my own experiences… My recollection is 4⁄5 pedicure chairs and about 8 nail stations. The nail stations are a little odd in that they are paired seatings on a long table. That’s about my only complaint, if it can even be called a complaint. …I like my personal space. The pedicure chairs were very comfortable and the massage functions worked great, and I’m a stickler for that. Don’t seat me in a crappy massage chair. I will ask to be moved as I find it annoying when salon equipment is crap. It’s a deal breaker. If you use cash(I did not) you will receive a 10% discount. Fair enough. And so overall it was a very pleasant experience with friendly staff. I’ll probably use the salon often since it’s clean and well maintained.

The salon was empty on a Friday afternoon, and I was visiting from out of town. My Voorhees friend who I rarely get to see told the woman we wanted to sit next to each other so we could talk during our manicures. Even though the place was empty, the manager argued with us for 5 minutes that we had to sit at opposite tables back to back(so we couldn’t see each others faces), even though the whole place was empty! When we threatened to leave, she changed her mind, and the two manicurists proceeded to give the quickest, worst manicure I’ve ever had in my life. Terrible service. I’m in the service industry myself, and would never dream of being so rude to a customer, for absolutely no reason. Go there at your own risk!
