Philomena’s Upscale Ladies Consignment

I found another hidden gem today in the form of this awesome consignment shop. I stopped in Avian to try out a bakery that was closed for vacation. As I walked back to my car, the classic LV logo caught my eyes.
They have everything a lady might need — formal dresses, casual wear, jackets, shoes and boots, jewelry and hangbags. Oh my, the handbags. My weakness.
They carry a variety that includes Dooney and Bourke, Kate Spade, Coach … and Louis Vuitton. On my, Louis.
The owner is a true gent who talked to me while I was there and made suggestions. The prices are not that bad and the place is organized well. It also seems as though he is particular in the clothing and items he accepts as nothing looked too worn or dated.

When I walked into the store I was joyfully overwhelmed by the sheer volume of items. I am not the designer label fanatic like many. Honestly, I detest any clothing, shoes or handbags that display designer logos. However, what I do prefer are garments & accessories made from good quality materials used and tried & true craftsmanship.
I purchased jeans, shoes, scarves, belts and multiple tops. Yes, all designer brands but no there a no visible signs. The condition of the items were flawless and looked brand new. The jeans actually felt so soft it was like butter. I was excited because they were distressed, straight leg and fit me without any alterations needed. Although a few of the items will require dry cleaning, I am glad I found several itmes that I can launder to save cost. Yeah, can’t wait to wear each piece.

An array of belts, sunglasses, costume and trendy jewelry, scarves, blouses, t-​shits, maxi dress. suits, sundresses, capri pants and shorts. Garments are seasonal so in the fall and winter they have sweaters, boots, minks and more.
