One of my favorite local Italian restaurants. I’ve tried about10 different dishes on the menu so to speak of a specific one in great detail would be doing this place a serious injustice. All of the plates I’ve ordered have been good from the pasta to chicken entrees. My mother usually orders a seafood dish which she always says is really good. This is a BYOB as they do not serve alcohol… to add to that there is a liquor store in this plaza should that be an issue for you. One of the managers is Pasquale and he’s awesome. Makes you feel like this is your home and you’re part of his family. He usually greets with a hug especially if you’re a regular like me.

Was here for the first time last night for a friend’s party. It had a nice ambiance and the food was delicious except the spaghetti which was rather bland. The service was friendly though.

I have been going here since I was younger and for some odd reason I never thought about Unilocaling. Yesterday we had my sister in laws bridal shower there and I cannot tell you how awesome Paz was through the whole process of planning. He worked with us every step of the way from changing the date, to the amount of people, and most importantly working with my nieces food allergies. My niece has galactosemia which she can’t eat dairy, butter, whey, and some other things. He made sure he made the bread with non of this. Insisted on making her a personal pizza and also a dessert. He said to me he didn’t want to make her feel left out in anyway possible. Every time any of us have to go out to eat we have to bring her own food and desserts because most places don’t accommodate for instance the breading on chicken fingers has dairy and it’s already made or the pizza sauce at certain places has cheese in it. We have never been anywhere where they would do this for us. Without even thinking about it one of the bridesmaids has a dairy issue and was able to enjoy the dessert Paz made for my niece. She was raving that she hasn’t had a dessert in so long she cannot even remember because she has not been able to go out to eat and find a dessert with no dairy. So many people were not only raving about the food and service, but most importantly that they did this for my niece. A lot of people said they would simply go back just because of that and the food just makes it that much more of a reason. Ryan was the server we had for the party and he was very funny and as much as we annoyed him with little things he was busting our chops and making us laugh the whole entire time. We all will most definitely be back!

First time here, never again. Service was good, however, the food was pretty bland. Meatballs were awful! Chicken salad was pretty bland, just not good food.

Really odd that this place gets either majority 1 star or 5 stars. Something seems fishy. Here are the Cliff’s Notes from my experience: Service was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful given our large group. Food was unimpressive. We were a group of about 25 – 30 women for a bridal shower so I had a chance to check out what everyone else got from a distance. Plate next to me was chicken marsala? Mushrooms were canned– and gross. Blush sauce was edible. I got the eggplant parm which was thin and mushy. Coffee was watered down. My ceasar salad was foul. Like literally– I couldn’t stand to look at it. Fully equipped with a sliced hardboiled egg on top(yuck!), watery dressing and flimsey lettuce. And the icing on the cake?(no pun intended…) We didnt have a cake, but were charged a ‘cake cutting’ service fee — which management refused to take off after we asked b/c we supplied our own cupcakes. Neat.

Just awful. Used to go here quite a bit because of the gluten free offerings needed by family members, but other restaurants offer GF options now, and the food here is literally not worth the fact that it’s GF. Portions have gotten smaller over the years and the prices have risen. I am not GF but had the Pollo Griglia(chicken with sauteed vegetables over pasta) and asked for it without pasta. The waiter offered to have it served with«extra vegetables,» which I accepted. If what I got was extra, I’d hate to see what the regular portion is. The chicken was pounded as flat as a tortilla and was literally unseasoned. The included side salad was served on a plate the size of a teacup saucer. My friend and I actually left hungry. Will never return and am stumped by the positive reviews of other patrons.

We were in the mood for Italian after a day of traveling. Unilocal reviews looked good and we had no wait for an early Friday dinner. Don’t be deceived by the restaurant being in a shopping plaza; it’s more than a pizza joint. Ambience is casual, perfect for families and groups. The staff is exceptional. Our waiter AJ was informative and attentive. The menu has breadth yet each entrée is unique. You can individualize by substituting pasta and sauces. Take advantage of the specials, even if just for an appetizer. We had the mixed seafood appetizer which was a delightful combination of crab guacamole, barbecue shrimp, and tuna sushi style on an olive tampenade. It was delightful. We went more traditional for our entrees with Eggplant Rollatine and Chicken Francese. Food served hot and quick. Portion size exceeded our expectations. Prices very reasonable. The manager checked in which is always nice. No liquor license so bring your own vino. We’ll definitely be back.

We eat dinner here every month or so. If you have someone if your party that has allergies this is the place for you! My wife is gluten free/dairy free and this makes it easy for her to dine and even enjoy the desserts, which is rare at many(most) places for her. The portions are about right and the food is fantastic! The service is sometimes hit or miss but overall it is worth the trip. They may have changed this around too. The last time we dined it was much better and we saw some new faces. As for the food, the meals can be a bit pricey but the quality of what you get offsets this. The veal saltimbocca is a winner, in my opinion as well as the coconut encrusted sea bass.

Came in here less than an hour before closing, but we were still greeted with the warmest welcome. The food was delicious. I would’ve ordered their gluten-free desserts if I weren’t so full. Will definitely come back here.

I had very low expectations coming to an Italian eatery in a shopping mall… I walked in and it was quite, the restaurant is attractive and comfortable. The service was fabulous & I listened to the other servers who were equally as Rose. I had whole wheat pasta, with fresh tomatoes, chicken… just perfect! Looking forward to coming back

It was awhile ago that I went here, but the food was just okay and it was way overpriced.

I love this place. Gluten free and dairy free options that actually taste yummy! And have been with others that don’t have to eat gluten or dairy free and they say the sauces are great!

We really liked the food here but when we were sat outside, there was an older gentleman who was very typical of the Italian Stereotype. Wouldn’t leave us alone to eat and talk to our selves. I like a good smart ass here and there but it was really over bearing and its why we won’t be returning.

This was a very disappointing dinner to say the least. I consider myself a pasta connoisseur! The pasta is over cooked & shreds! This tells me that the pasta itself is sitting in a pot of hot water from the previous day! Pesto is the worst I have eaten! Old Basil! The food to me, is not fresh! I will never eat at this restaurant again! Gordon Ramsey needs to step in & show them how«Fresh» ingredients will take them from a Zero to a hero!

Crimes against nature. First clue was the hard boiled egg on my Caesar salad which was awful, and tasteless, next the food, worst red sauce on frozen pasta I ever had, closely akin to ketchup, but the best part was instead of sprinkling chopped basil on our 5 dishes, they were laced with decayed parsley, everywhere.(Parsley is cheaper and is also green) Extremely nasty. Asian owner who bought it from lamberti very nice, but food was horrible. Gluten thing is s gimmick, smart marketing,(unless you have celiac disease gluten thing is a scam anyway) Should have read Unilocal reviews, apparently at least 4 people report food poisoning(should not be surprised they waste nothing recycle everything).

My family and I all love it here! They are very educated on gluten free restrictions! You can get anything gluten free and all of the food is amazing! You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu!

We went to this restaurant for a family birthday party and our meal was fantastic. Service was great and I would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone! We had a choice of three dishes. I don’t remember the other two however I had penne alla vodka and the dish was very good. Everyone else enjoyed the other dishes also.

Nice little family owned Italian restaurant with a personal touch. I’m not one to particularly avoid gluten but they are a gluten free joint for those can’t tolerate gluten or are following the trend. They have a list of different pasta noodles and sauces to choose from. My personal favorite is the angel hair with the tomato sauce which I thoroughly enjoy it very much. It’s very light and the pasta is always perfectly cooked. It also comes with a garden salad which always fresh. I’ve been here a few times and enjoy the atmosphere. It’s very casual and very much relaxed. The décor is old school italian as you would image from the 90s. Great place for locals to sit down for friends to meet up for some real italian food and families to gather for a casual dinner. The owner generally comes by to say hello and see how everything is. I”ve been pleasantly surprised on a few occasions. The restuarant is BYOB. I was here for a birthday dinner once and the owner treated all of us to a shot of limoncello. Another time the waitress took my left over which I planned to take home and forgot to pack it for me, I told them I was fine with it but they cooked me a whole another dish to take home. Food is great, atmosphere superb, price is reasonable, and BYOB. What more can you ask for?

My co-worker offered this place for delish baked ziti(Baked Penne). I actually enjoyed it. The sauce is a little different but the lunch portion(or so I am told) was enough to handle and go back to work. I did not so much enjoy the price although you get a salad and bread… things I am not going to eat! And then I came back for a second try!!! No Dice… I ordered the exact same thing. My food was barely warm. I had to do a double take because I can swear that lunch portion was just a little smaller. Its easy to tell because the take away dish is really large. Not to mention, and you may say this is petty, however I find it to be rather gross. Remember the bread and salad that comes with the lunch. Well the cook or whoever licks his fingers, you know to open the plastic bag, puts my food into the bag, then turms around opens the paper bag and grabs to pieces of bread with those same bare fingers he just licked. Stunned and amazed. Its amazing the things you see on a wet and dreary day compared to sunny ones. I swear. I may have to give these guys a break for a while. I really enjoyed it, but that is why I like to come back a second time. Usually third is the charm or kicker, but I am usually down for the cause. I did choose to say nothing about the bread because I knew I wasn’t going to eat it anyway. But I just thought I would say this. They will need to do way better.

Amazing. This place is on my LIST. My gluten-free friend actually found this highly-reviewed place on her GF app and it was rated pretty well. I was like, cool, let’s check it out. It looked… not that great from the outside – pretty cheesy window decals, large writing, etc. Didn’t look classy. We sat down and there weren’t that many people there, either… so I was like… But anyway – I ordered the Sea Bass special of the day. ommgggg AMAZING. And the bread that they served when we sat down – foccacia. Amazing. And they kept refilling it. Probably ate a loaf of bread. My friend ordered the GF bread. Also amazing. I had the coconut crusted Sea Bass and it came with jasmine rice with crab meat. omg. Foodgasm and the portions resulted in food coma. AMAZING. So then. we HAD to do dessert. They brought out two trays of desserts to show us what everything looked like! One tray of regular, and one tray of GF… and they looked equally amazing. I got the chocolate mousse with the vanilla inside. ahhhhh droool. Definitely coming back. And the servers were so nice and accommodating and they were very attentive to our needs. Great service, great food – it’s one of those rare gems in a strip mall.
