My daughter joined this place around 6 months ago and I could not be happier with her progress and development. The atmosphere is at the same time fun and relaxed, but also teaches discipline — a very tough act to balance when teaching kids of all ages and abilities. I often see my daughter smiling and laughing while in class. I was a little wary of getting her started in karate, since she is only 7 and it can be quite intimidating. But she took to it like a charm, and I owe a lot of that to the instructors and other students at NJBBA. The lead sensei is very understanding and accomodating with all parents. I would give this place 6 stars if I could!

This dojo is fantastic! My kids love Karate primarily because of the wonderful instructors and Sensei. They feel comfortable here and have learned a lot of self confidence. The karate classes have made them much stronger, more flexible, and faster! We could not be more happy with NJ Black Belt. They also have movie nights which were a blast!
