I currently have a one month unlimited package at West Coast Tanning and could not be happier. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They ensure that you are getting the package and treatment that suits your specific needs. Not only is the place clean (which we know is very important for a tanning salon), but it smells fantastic! Once my month is over I k ow I will be purchasing more tanning packages here because it offers me everything I want at an affordable price. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great tanning salon!

PLEASE READ before giving your personal checking or credit card information to this business. My fiancé and I decided to get a membership here 5 – 6 months ago. We have no complaints about the facility or the staff during our time at this salon.
However… we were not utilizing our membership that often so we decided to cancel our membership. The owner (Joanne) told me that I would have my tanning membership until May 15^th and would not be charged anymore. My fiancé and I’s accounts were set-​up at the same time and with the same card (which was mine). She then realized that my account was not actually being paid for and that only my fiancé’s account was. Rather than doing what most businesses would do, which is correct the mistake by her staff and ensure that the business was not letting people tan without their membership being paid, Joanne decided to charge our credit card on May 20^th.
Her decision left us wondering why we were being charged for a membership that was already canceled so we called her business 4 times over two weeks. We received one call back without a personal contact email or cell to help resolve our issue. My fiancé decided to go into the business at a time when she would likely be there to discuss our situation with Joanne. The «manager» behind the counter said that Joanne would be in at ten and that she would pass along his cell phone to give him a call. She also discussed the situation with him and gave him 3 different reasons of why we were still billed after we canceled our account. Each time he asked a question she backtracked and said that he would have to call Joanne and that she had no idea. Long-​story short, when he went back at 10:45 to discuss the situation with Joanne, the employee told him that Joanne had worked from 8 – 10 and just left.
Joanne deceptively lied to my fiancé by stating that she actually was a different person and evaded answering to why she continues to bill us. She then called him an hour later to tell him that it was only $ 21.99 and that she felt it was fair to charge us after we cancelled because of an issue with billing by her staff that was unnoticed until we cancelled. We would have happily paid the additional amount if there were an error that was noticed while we were using her salon. However, we do not agree or feel satisfied knowing that a business would charge you without notice or warning after cancelling their service. She expected us to agree that she can charge us until she feels that we have paid her back while we are no longer members there.
We will have to cancel our card because it is in the hands of a business owner that will charge us without our business. In her own words «Why are you so upset over me charging you $ 21.99 after you cancelled your membership. I charged you (After you cancelled) because I felt that was the right thing to do since we did not charge one of you during your time here». It is not about the $ 21.99, it is about the principal of a business charging people unjustly after they cancel a membership over a mistake that their personnel made and was unnoticed until we cancelled.

I went here a long time ago before it was West Coast Tanning, but it’s stayed just as good as it was before. I got a membership here a few weeks ago again and I’m glad I chose this location.
The employees are super friendly and sweet, not pushy at all and incredibly helpful. It makes the whole tanning experience that much better.
Price is really good. Some places are so overpriced it’s ridiculous, but for level 1 monthly auto-​pay it’s $ 21.99. I’ve paid so much more than that per month for the same level so I’m happy I found this.
The beds and rooms are clean, the place itself is cute and small. I LOVE! the location. It’s close to my house but also my work, and it’s so random and secluded not many people go here constantly. I love low key places so this is perfect!
This is by far the best salon I’ve gone to out of all the tanning places I’ve been to. Considering the price, staff, and location, I would recommend WCT to anyone.

I started going here almost 2 months ago and I love it. Nice people, clean facility, good prices and great beds. I’ve gotten a great tan and couldn’t be happier. I plan to continue coming here.

I bought a month off Living Social deal… awesome little tanning business!!! Veryyyy friendly staff… no pressure to buy anything extra… and they were very knowledgable on their products and beds!!! Two thumbs and two big toes up!!! :o)

Purchased a groupon here and have used one of my spray tan sessions. Employees were super nice and helpful. No pressure to buy anything extra. Overall a great experience. Looking forward to using my additional sessions here.

I bought a groupon for this place and loved it! I wasn’t hassled to buy anything and the owner was great! Very friendly and I only used the basic bed and it got the job done! Definitely my favorite tanning salon since I’ve moved here.

By far the best tanning salon I’ve been to. The owner is very nice and is always warm and gracious when I come in. All of the employees are knowledgable and suggest time estimates that cater to my skin type so that I don’t get burnt. They also provide excellent customer service to ensure that my satisfaction is met. I would recommend West Coast Tanning to anybody who’s in need of a little sun without the hassle of being dependent on the weather.

Completely rude! totally OVERPRICED. They lock you in to a contract for 2 months, but tell you its only for one month. There is no way to talk to the owner, she is just argumentative. Previous owner was sweet and not overpriced. I don’t even write reviews, but wow this had to be said.

Great staff, beds, and friendly atmoshphere!

It is one of the friendliest tanning facilities I have been in. I have been a member for a few years and would recommend it to all my friends. The place is expanding its packages and now it is becoming a health conscious salon also. Go online and check out what is coming next!

Excellent experience at West Coast Tanning. The store is very clean and cozy. The owner is a very friendly and bubbly person. My tan looks awesome! Thank you for recommending the right tanning product for my legs. It worked great! I Will continue to use West Coast for all of my tanning needs. Two thumbs up.
