Found this store on the Internet. I had just a little arch pain and instead of up-selling me, Jesse did an assessment and figured out all I needed was a higher quality pair of flip-flops that gave arch support. My feet feel SO MUCH BETTER. And they don’t look like granny-shoes. Can’t say enough good about this store. Jesse’s knowledge, his customer service ethics, and his great communication are stellar.

I’ve been buying my shoes and orthotics here for years. Jesse always provides amazing service. Their customization of my orthotics is a life saver. I love this store. Jessie knows how to fit a shoe. I walk about 10,000 steps a day and my shoes are very important (who’s arent?) and Jessie took great care and patience in finding the right shoe and orthotic for my own needs. This is my second pair I purchased from Foot Comfort. The right fit is worth every penny you pay for a shoe and the prices here are fair. The time they take to fit is something you don’t get in one of those big sporting good stores and everyone who works here cares (and are not faking it… they really do care). Jessie knows his stuff.

My first experience at The Foot Comfort Store today was excellent. My feet were measured (like the old days of non-self-service shoe stores, and Jessie, explained everything so very well). I am not in the habit of writing reviews on websites but this experience deserves at least that.
I ended up buying a pair of shoes based on his knowledge, know-how and suggestions. I will be back–
