I went here today for my first time with two friends. We all had a great workout and then I had the infrared treatment plus compression massage, a nice foot cleansing and more! I cannot recommend this more highly and I joined today as a member! I highly recommend the kindness of the staff there too! The place is clean, well lit and quiet, just like I want it! Thank you to my friends for introducing me to this spa! I have never had a spa before!

This is so much more than a gym it’s a one stop shop for your full-​body makeover or well-​being!
On the gym side of the services you get the support of a personal trainer and the extra assistance that comes from working out on vibration plates. Have you ever tried vibration plates? Talk about getting maximum results from your workout. The trainers are always there for you, friendly, supportive and knowledgeable; they will personalize your program.
The gym offers a small, private, clean setting, and the spa and detoxifying services give the whole place a sense of calm. They have so many services I can’t even recall them all. I love the endermology, infrared sauna and foot detox, they’ve become part of my routine. Did I mention the prices also make this fabulous gym/​spa a bargain. If you have been looking to get back in shape and want support from a professional trainer and spa services to support you you will not find a more complete center at this or nay price.

If you love yourself, you need this place!!! Staff are the most amazing people!

The jade sauna feels great, & burns calories while you take a little snooze. My doctor highly recommends this for inflammation.

Been working out here for a while now! I can’t say enough about how wonderful I feel after I leave and working out with Kyle Mitchell ! I like starting my long work days with a good, intense, overall workout.

Love this place!!! Great personal training! Friendly staff! Make you feel right at home! I’ve lost 10 pounds since being a member. And these 10 pounds would not go away with me going to my regular gym. Thank you!!! Highly recommended!

This place is Ridiculous! You gotta check it out. Be warned… you will be hooked!
I think of it as the anti gym. You won’t be at a crowded stuffy gym. It’s a personal training center. What you will get is a crazy good work out. And if that isn’t enough, you can get a massage, they have an infrared sauna pod, facials, oxygen, Zumba, too much to mention. See for your self.
Maurice and Jan (owners and personal trainers)) treat you like family. Kyle and Betty always have the biggest cheese (smiles) and are super genuine.

The 10 day reset is AMAZING! the service was friendly of course, 5 stars. When you walk in you get a sense that they love what they do and REALLY believe in the services and products they own, I’m in the midst of getting my sister and mother involved, if anything for my referral treatment they give me is worth signing up a few friends, #NewU baby!

Worth every penny!!! I have NEVER been so happy with a «gym» before, always hurting myself and getting frustrated. At New U, Jann and Maurice are awesome trainers. They know so much about health related issues too and can focus on what’s important to you. Just love their oxygen chamber, compression massages, weekly foot detox, and back massages are to die for. I sleep so much better. Been going for almost 2 months now.
You’ve got to try it to believe it.

I did the 10 day Reset weight loss program. I loved the shakes and the workouts were amazing. You can see results pretty quick. Jann is very knowledgeable about nutrition and will get you in shape quick!
