It’s such a great feeling when you have a person come to your house & do work & you feel like you got the best possible service. Today Mark, who works for Curtis at Nelson CC plumbing, came out & replaced 2 bathroom faucets, got the stink out of the sink & fixed the kitchen faucet that had become loose at my mom’s home. My mom had the previous plumbing company take advantage of her. With Nelson plumbing I feel like they will take care of her plumbing problems & I don’t have to worry about her being taken advantage of.
Mark was great. He was on time, gave me a call to let me know when he’d be there, took care of a difficult sink and faucet problem & left the place clean when he was finished.
My mom was delighted with Mark, she feels better now knowing she has a plumbing company she can trust.
