Graybill Medical Group – Tri-City Office

I have never in my life been more disappointed with a doctor’s office.
My first appointment was at 11:30 am:
I arrived 15 minutes early to fill out my paperwork (since I was a new patient).
At 12:10 p.m. still waiting, I decided to ask how much longer the doctor would be. Oh, another 30 minutes! Why you ask? Because she took a walk in! I was hoping they were joking at first but no, dead serious!
When I asked for my co pay back and wanted to leave, they offered to let me see the PA who could see me «right away», 15 minutes later I was in with the PA, who was extremely nice and thorough. She ordered 2 specifics tests which I had done the following week, then scheduled a physical with the doctor to go over the results.
I meet with the doctor 2 weeks later…
Doctor claims ALL results are in and everything looks great (except one little thing that we discussed).
I leave feeling better, yes she screwed up my first appointment but appeared very knowledgeable during this appointment.
Well, about a week later I get a call from her MA saying that my results came in and doctor needed more testing done… tests the PA had ordered (and I completed) on my first visit… wait what? I have already seen the doctor and discussed these results. I proceed to ask the MA if the doctor read my chart at all? The MA then says, «no she doesn’t read all the charts because she has too many patients».
Needless to say, I will NOT be returning to see Dr. Cueva or anyone in that office for that matter! I changed my PCP, and now am crossing my fingers for one that will go through my chart before ordering tests…
