I have come here for a few projects and they always have what I need. Knowledgeable and friendly service. As a DIY person, I appreciate knowing they can answer my questions. I love supporting small businesses and this company is a prime example of how a business should be run.

Great customer service. Really go out of their way to help. Thank you for ripping us the wood for my step repair. No other place would even know how to do it! You guys are super for the DIY consumer like me! Now, all I have to do is install it.

As Mom & Pop as it gets. You’ll not find anything like it around, not around here, but anymore. The equivalent to the hardware stores and feed stores of yesteryear in the Midwest.
Service here is unmatched and if you ever hated Lowes or Walmart perhaps you can find it here. Not to be confused with the old True Value’s this is so much more.
Small parking lot, logical set up, prices are reasonable, but you must absolutely come here for the service.
The staff here are true DIY, friendly neighbors. Willing to show, teach and explain many of the items they carry, but absolutely walk you from start to finish with nothing less than a smile on their face.
I generally come here for Traeger Smoker Pellets which most even BBQ places don’t carry. I generally stockpile for a few seasons, but come here from time to time for smaller more rustic home work.

I wanted to patron a local business and not have to walk up and down the aisles of the big box stores searching for a few pieces of hardware. I walked right into Geib and realized they were more than just a lumber place. I was greeted by the friendly sales associated and I told her what I needed and she personally walked me to each place and consulted with me regarding my project. Very friendly, helpful, and economical! Will definitely come again.
