Clearbrook Apartments

This is the worst apartment complex that I have ever lived in. The manager Trudy is very rude and down right mean. Most of the complex is full of drug addicts and the Cops/​Fire/​Parol/​ICE are there almost weekly. She will make you pay a pet deposit and will never refund it. Also when moved out by law she has to send you an itemized list on what repairs she did we never received that and when we called she started yelling and hung up. The only reason I gave it 1 star is because you get the best firework view of the Brengle Terrace Park on the 4^th of July.

OMG!!! Ms. Manager, Trudy Marton is a woman on a rampage!!!
With her high heels and short shorts, at the age of 82, her rudeness level FAR surpasses her age and her IQ.
She’ll ask you the same question twice as if she didnt hear you, but it;s just the fact that she did not like your first answer. She has got to be the rudest biage I have ever come across, she’s nosy, high strung and actually DRIVES her car 5 parking spaces down to the managers office. I do not know HOW this place gets new tenants, and the fact that there are cops and fire engines and ambulances there at least 3 times a week, I don
t know why tenants put up with it. Neighbors told me that the Turko files where involved in something there as well??? FYI– not sure about the way she runs her «place» after you move in cuz I wouldn’t put up with her rantings long enough to find out, but from the looks of things renters quickly scatter around 5pm when you can hear her clackety clacks of her heels, WALKING the 5 spaces to her car to drive home, 5 SPACES DOWN. lol… look at those legs!!! and hair!!! OMG!!!
