The food here is fantastic! I have tried their California burrito and Illegal torta. Both were wonderful. So flavorful and very filling. The dining area is small but what do you expect from a restaurant within a liquor store? Personally, I don’t eat there anyways so it doesn’t matter. The restaurant I give 5 stars but the liquor store I have to give a 3. The man who is usually behind the counter has a tendency to be busy attending to anything but his customers. For that I give this place a 4 over all

My son in law turned me on to this place. One morning he brought me over a BLT on a bun and that was all it took. I am hooked. They are fresh and yummy. That’s right, while other places cook up a stash of bacon in the morning and reheat it this place cooks fresh each time. Add a slice of cheese if you are feeling particularly glutinous. Mmmm

WARNING: This Review is For Tortas ONLY! This little joint does it right. The tortas are HUGE, around $ 5 and have a variety of tasty available combinations, including carne asada/ham, chicken/bacon, and turkey/ham among others The best, and I mean bestest best, is the Adobada and Bacon Torta. The taste combination is unlike any I’ve had, which also includes avocado, tomato, a secret sauce, beans and lettuce. There is only room enough for about 6 people to sit down and eat, and the location is really just a convenience/liquor store with a tiny kitchen. Be prepared to take it to go. Best torta around for sure.

Very good food for a small place, I had the carnitas burrito it was very good the meat was seasoned nicely, the cool thing about this place is that you can pick up some beer while you wait for your food !

Ok so there’s this Mexican rest inside this place it’s very small but if u go here Thursday through Sunday afternoon the have some of the best tj tacos in north county. If u like cabeza, lengua, alpastor, this is the spot and the best part is there only 1 dllr which is a deal now days. I would stay away From The carne asada here For some reason it’s just to dry. Also on the weekend I think there open till 10pm
