Apothecary Off Main

I love this store for many reasons. My first reason: BULLETPROOF! If you’re familiar with Bulletproof products, you will be thrilled to know they’re available right here in Vista. Other reasons to love the Apothecary are almost too many to list! They aren’t just selling cute or trendy products, they know their stuff. I’ve gotten great advice, found wonderful new products, and just generally enjoyed every visit. They have everything from organic bath products to essential oils to organic spices, and more. If you haven’t checked it out yet, definitely stop in. It’s not just a cute shop, it’s an organic products Mecca. My husband and I both love it.

I don’t buy spices anywhere else anymore! So glad this great store is in Vista. Traci is so friendly and helpful and the store is so well stocked with so much. Great place for gifts of all kinds.

Stopped into this store on my way back to the car from brunch across the street. I’ve passed this place several times, but haven’t gone in. Man, I’ve been missing out on great stuff! Apothecary is a small store that specializes in all natural and health products!
Gents — Need anything for you beard or other facial scaping? They have an entire area just for you! I don’t have much facial hair, so I continued down the wall to find…
All Natural Everything — Lots of great products from lotions, soaps, scrubs, oils to dish soap, detergent, cleaning wipes, and more! There are two large areas for these products. All the sense are very nice and don’t overpower you, which is great. My household is moving toward all non-​toxic products, so it’s great to run across just about everything I would need to really make the transition! Oh — Also, SUPER affordable!
There is also an entire wall dedicated to edibles! They sell Bulletproof products, which I’m in love with. They also have a huge selection of spices, which makes this little chef a happy girl.
There are also other cute little things in the shop, but deprived in your bulk. I’m excited to have found this shop and look forward to stopping in frequently!

I’m always on the hunt for collecting unique gifts… and goodies for myself. When I saw the sign on Main announcing handmade soaps I knew I had to check this place out. They’re all about the Watkin’s product line here… spices and bath products are just a few of the offerings. I hear the lemon hand soap is to die for. I was impressed by the Watkin’s line of all natural products for men.
During my visit, I was drawn to the hand made soaps made by Long Winter Farm; they are all natural and made with essential oils to allow for longer lasting scents. The Lilac and Strawberry Jam were my favorites. At $ 7.50 a piece, they make great gifts and an even better treat for yourself! I was told that the soaps are so good that they can’t keep them in stock.
Also a favorite were the all natural soy based candles. My personal pick — «The Nose Knows». This is an absolutely delightful scent that’s a spin off of that overwhelmingly fantastic aroma you’re greeted by each time you visit Anthropology. Ladies, you know exactly what I mean! The candles are not large, but thanks to the soy base, they have about a 60 hour burn life; at $ 14.00 per jar that may be well worth it.
I absolutely adore this little boutique store. Its a splendid addition to the progressive facelift of the Main Street corridor.

i’m a guy that jealously guards his man card so it’s next to impossible to get me excited about retail shopping. if i did, however, this would be the place.

Where do I begin with this amazing gem of a store? It’s tucked away in the cute down town business district of Vista. The décor is rustic and from the moment you walk in you are instantly taken back to the old Apothecary shops of the 1900’s. All products are beautifully displayed, categorized, and the shop smells amazing. Cleaning products, lineaments, lotions, bath products, etc. This place has it all. What I find unique is that all products are natural and made in the US, both of which you never find anymore.
On this visit we were lucky enough to meet the owner Traci. It was instantly apparent that she loves what she does and believes in the products she sells. She took the time to walk us through the entire shop, gave us samples, her personal recommendations, and even background about the manufactures and products. Who takes the time to do that these days? We bought a ton of stuff and plan to go back next week when she gets our favorite natural citrus all purpose cleaner back in stock! Did I mention the pricess are more than reasonable for a small boutique like specialty shop? I highly recommend anyone pay this place a visit, they have something for everyone. I feel amazingly blessed to have a place like this in my back yard especially because it’s a small business that is female owned. I will be supporting Traci for years to come, I encourage you to do the same!
Personal Recommendations: JR Watkins cleaning supplies and room spray. Clean Freak soy candles (I like the lemon), and the JR Watkins lineament line for aches, pains, etc.

Very cute and tastefully decorated in Vintage décor. Tracey is very helpful. She really knows her products. I buy the spices and handcreams and also the pain rubs for my aches and pains. The coconut spray oil is awesome. Thank you Tracy for opening a store in Vista!

I love this little cute shop in Vista! I was getting coffee at Lush and stumbled upon this place. It is essentially a one stop shop for Christmas shopping. Hand lotions, lip balms, moisturizers, spices… all at a reasonable price with many gift set options! They also have products for men, I really liked their beer shampoo, soap, lip balm, and grooming products — perfect gift for the boyfriend!
Also, if you check in with a purchase, you get a free JR Watkins Lip Balm. As if this place couldn’t get any better?

Love seeing little shops like this pop up in North County! Great selection of spices and natural beauty products. Love the bar soaps and oil scents, too!

Get service and lots of natural products. I am 4 months pregnant and get my body butter from here. I also noticed they have remedies for cough and cold so glad to have this close by.

They have little gift packs given that the festive season is upon us. The prices are reasonable and the owner is a lovely woman. The store layout is beautiful. I would recommend this place to anyone!
