GO ELSEWHERE! Just waited at the door for 10 minutes then called and the lady, who was very put out that I was bothering her, and she said she just can’t make it. SHE HAD A WHOLE WEEK TO CANCEL, then let’s me stand in the rain, makes me cal her, and cancels. Classy lady.

The office address was easy to find. I called when I parked because I wasn’t sure which suite it was. I was kindly directed to the 2nd floor.
Once I walked in, I filled out my name and email onto the check-​in clipboard. There was no wait and I was able to have my livescan completed right away.

I went to Kaplan and they had us do our finger printing with this company as part of the process for our NCLEX (nursing state test). It was a terrible experience, they did my fingerprints not once, twice but three times! Because they couldn’t do them right, it delayed my process to take my state test I had to wait 5 months to take my test because of their mistakes, if you can avoid using this place!
