Wow Dude, These guys are the bomb. When I needed them, they fixed my televisions (2). Hung 1 on the wall at my house and 6 computers. They kept me informed as to when they expected the repair parts were coming in and when to expect the repair could be picked up. Great crew!!! Thanks Ref and Jeff.

Don’t take your computer here. I try to give these people the benefit of the doubt after a year. My computer still went slow after I took it in, there’s a white cloud mark on my screen (not big but visible), some of my pictures won’t load correctly. Since I don’t trust them to work on computer again. I just wanted them to load the Office back after best buy fixes what they didn’t. Since I paid for it, they should put it back on. Nope, I’m screwed all around.

Great place for just about any repair. if I ever need any electronic repairs or good experienced answers I call wow. ref is a very respectful, knowledgeable person

I would not recommend this place to anybody. I went in and they charged $ 40 for an estimate. They quoted me $ 100 which sounded good to me. A month later I go to pick up my t.v. and they still have even started working on it. Then they tell me it would cost $ 240 instead. At that point I told the guy that I would just take it home with me because that’s a big difference. So I end up taking the t.v. and come to find out they cracked my screen. The next day I took it back and he said he would «fix» the screen that they broke. Days went by and he never fixed it. Keep in mind that I originally took my 50 inch t.v. to fix because it would turn off after been on for a few minutes. I ended up with a useless t.v. that I had to throw away after going to wow. I would not recommend this place unless you want to get ripped off.

BEWARE!!! They lie and lie to you! 15MONTHS later and 165 $ later they still did not fix my PS3 player! You should just know a head of time they do not do what they say, they literally give you different information every time you talk to them! Please be aware they do not tell the truth! You will loose money and still have a broke item!!!

Wow! This place is one of those spots that can only survive by taking advantage of other people. It makes me sick to my stomach that I even wasted $ 40 to have them «repair» my Y Sustain Board by replacing 6 transistors.
They guaranteed me that the parts would be put on correctly, but could not guarantee the functionality of the board. Fair enough. I did bring them the board, by itself, after diagnosing the problem myself through forums and other technicians in the area. I get a call back an hour later that my board is repaired and ready. It wasn’t repaired. It was ruined. Whoever the technician was has no idea what they are doing beyond making things worse. The heat gun? I can only guess that was used, was used improperly and melted all of the solder points behind the transistors. The repair job on those points was sloppy, and looked rushed. The blobs of solder surrounding the transistors themselves shows me that the «technician» has no business using a soldering iron.
The guy behind the counter told me «If my guy did that? It was to fix the board…» Lies on top of the failed attempt to replace some transistors. When I asked if his guy is certified. I was told that he is certified in Mexico… Astounding.
I will never set foot in that television graveyard again. I warn anyone who reads this review to steer clear. They have low prices for a reason. You get what you pay for.
And, just to top this whole crap cake off, my board is still broken. More than likely useless now.

Its even sad to give one full star… not even half a star… i give a quarter for effort… two days, then a week goes by, then another week and next thing you know I don’t have my iPad ready before my meeting which was 3 weeks away from when I brought my iPad in for repair… this is absolutely ridiculous… how do they do business here??? This place is definitely under qualified and ripping people off left and right…

The WORST computer repair shop EVER!!! And the WORST customer service!!! First they deleted all my pictures and videos AND didn’t back it up. Then they said they could fix it and kept it for FOUR weeks and did NOTHING to it. They kept telling me 4 more days!!! The manager blamed it on the employees and the employees blamed the manager… no accountability whatsoever. I would NOT recommend this place. They are not even worth one star!

Stay away from this place!!! They lie and lie and lie, I took a tv in for a repair and it took them 6 months to get to it, and too top it off they didn’t even repair it. This place gives you the run around, I don’t think they even know what there doing, you go inside it looks like a junk yard for broke down Tv’s. Stay away you been warn.
