This place smells and is filthy dirt. I had to walk around the whole place find one clean table.

Don’t trust this Wendy’s. The drive through cashier kept looking at me and smiling as if she was doing something to my food while I waited 15 minutes for my order at the window. I ordered two cheeseburgers without mustard and to no surprise, the workers sneakily put mustard in between the two patties of each burger. I’m extremely unhappy. These people are not right with the lord. They’re lucky I don’t have an allergy.

Slooooweeessttt service EVER! I waited in line for 10 min then waited another 15 for my order. Seriously? That long of a wait for«fast» food? Ridiculous. I even stood up front so I can grab my order and run. As I watched the manager and cashier get orders together, they kept getting them wrong. How hard is it to read a dang receipt!!!

Don’t order the Pretzel Burger it comes with the bun and container soaked in grease! Restaurant is full of flies all the time and temp inside is miserable 82 degrees. Poorly trained staff, order is wrong and cashier leaves your food on counter while passing money while custoemers pay for their food. Where are the Health Inspectors??? Disgusting!!!

For a Wendy’s this one is slow. The last baconator I had was dripping grease and running onto the table. Nuff said, I won’t go back to this Wendy’s. Waiting for new one to open hoping it’s better. The new Wendy’s is open now and much better than the Mooney one, I have noticed the baconator is not as greasy as Mooney but it must be the bacon that makes it greasy. I give the Wendy’s on noble 4 stars.

If you order inside the restaurant, you’ll notice the cashiers that handle the dirty disgusting money also handle your food without washing their hands. It’s really gross. Plus I hate how after you order and pay, your tray of food sits on the counter while other people are talking over your food. And why do they make you wait again just for a refill. Ugh! So annoying! The girl taking my order did not confirm my order thru the drive thru, the order was wrong, forgot my drink and had to ask, no utensils or straw given… but the food was good once it was right.

It was my first time here and my daughter wanted a Caramel Frosty Shake. They called my order number and I took one look at it, but before I could say anything my young child asked where the Caramel was. She even went back up to the counter as I was getting the straw and asked for more Caramel. The girl at the counter tried saying the Caramel was mixed in, but you could not even taste it. The cashier took the shake back and added more Caramel to my daughters delight, as well as mine. I think the price is a little ridiculous, all it is is a vanilla frosty w/Caramel and they sell it for over $ 2. I dont think I’ll be back anytime soon, small location and just not in the area/mood enough to go.

My review comes a couple of years after Marc S.‘s, and in that time, things appear to have improved. I just moved to Visalia in August 2011, however, so I have no previous experience with this location. I am pleased to report that upon my recent mid-afternoon visit, this Wendy’s had been recently remodeled, the staff was pleasant and knowledgeable, the food came promptly and was very, very nicely done, in the Wendy’s fashion. Darling Hubby and I usually order from the value menu and it seems to be of no lesser quality than the regular menu. No complaints. It was a nice, clean, welcoming eating experience.

It saddens me to give a low review to the Wen, my favorite fast food when traveling. After they closed all the locations in SF, it’s a real treat to hit them up in other cities. Unfortunately, this location was disfunctional. I was on a backpacking trip with a friend and we went twice, once before and once after the hike. The first meal was fine at night on a Tuesday and the place was empty, but the second meal was a disaster. It was around 2:45 and the line would not move. They took forever to get people’s orders and kept messing them up, including mine twice. The cashier didn’t give me my change until I told her. I got no receipt. Bad music playing. A lot of annoying kids. Tables were messy. Eventually, the food was good so I didn’t give them the 1 star hit.
