I like Verizon. I think they are superior to other wireless companies. HOWEVER I hate going into their store on Mooney Blvd in Visalia. They are always really busy which is fine and they take your name and you wait your turn. No problem with that. Just wish they had places to sit while you wait. Hard for some people to stand for long periods of time.

Slowest customer service everrrrrr. The employees were nice but way to chatty. I stood in line for 12 minutes as the«manager» chatted at his leisure about non-Verizon related things. When it was my turn, it took him so long to help and answer my question. He even went to get his charger and plugged in his personal phone before helping me???

The best customer service around, all the employees take the time to personally help you. On top of that they helped find ways to save me money on my bill AND I got great phones and a tablet within my budget. I refer ALL my friends and family there and they love it as well. Definitely my verizon go to store
