Spent half an hour trying to find an employee with the appliances department!!! Not one employee around the entire vicinity!!! These employees are rude and not courteous whatsoever!!! You’re all inexperienced spoiled brats that don’t even know what a hammer is and you need to grow up!!! Show some common courtesy to your customers!!! These employees are very cocky and have a bad attitude! Yet when I show them my military ID to get the discount they say with a fake smile «Thank you for your service!» Don’t B.S. me liars!!! You’re just required to say that as part of your «job»!!! None of you mean that and you all hate military veterans to begin with!!! If you hate your job that bad then QUIT!!!
Folks, you do not want to get involved with this business! Trust me!

This store goes above and beyond customer service! All the associates here are very nice. The service is super quick in self checkout. I don’t really like the location of this Lowes, because of all the traffic in the parking lot.

Don’t let them remodel ANYTHING, for you. They don’t finish the project and the installation is CRAP. We have learned about 3 different people including ourselves that will be talking to lawyers very soon. Go to an independent contractor for remodel or installation of anything. They will be cheaper in the long run and their installation has got to be better than this.

Convenient online ordering. Most orders are ready for pickup withing 30 minutes. They call and send email verification when the order is ready. The other large hardware store takes a long time to fulfill online orders. Returns are easy.

Lowes is awesome. It’s a giant store that has everything you could think of for your home improvement projects. We go in for one thing and it takes over an hour because there’s so much to look at. All kinds of tools, fixtures, lumber and anything else you could think of. And a great garden section with plenty of beautiful plants!

Lowe’s on Mooney Blvd in Visalia has got to be the worst ever! In October we started a remodel of our kitchen. It’s now February and it’s still not done. The «designer» (from the Lowe’s store) we used made numerous mistakes which led to having to reorder some of our cabinets. That took about 6 weeks to get done. Some of those STILL weren’t right. Now today the installer is here to put the final appliances in-​the microwave, the oven, and a hood. The hood (which took the guy and hour to install) has a defect and does NOT work. The microwave was supposed to have a trim kit-​the install manager just checked it last week to confirm that-​and guess what? NO trim kit. The installer is working on putting in the oven. I am «excited» to see what the problem is with that. AND… the manager tried to get us to sign a paper saying that we would not come back on them to try to get a discount, etc. REALLY??? I can’t wait til this project is done so we can rip them a new one! DO NOT GO TO LOWE’S for any remodel/​install work. It will be 4+ months before you can use your kitchen you paid good money for. I will not personally shop at Lowe’s for ANYTHING ever again.

Mostly great staff. They blew off the 72 hour carpet installation guarantee and gave me nothing for it. I spent some time on the phone and in-​person with management. Still, nothing.
It’s a couple months later and I’m still annoyed with them. I think 3 stars was too favorable.
Now I just use this store for returns and small purchases.

This store is awesome! Super customer service and there is always someone there when you need help. This is my new home from home!
