First time coming and it was awesome We shared the Papaya salad level 3 and it was perfect amount of spicy Had the Pad Thai level 4 and it was good, sweeter than what I’m used to. I did find that the Papaya salad was spicier than the Pad Thai. My friend got the green curry stir fry and it was delicious

Went here today for my birthday, hadn’t been here in a while and I should’ve stayed home. The service was horrible and we waited over an hour for food. We didn’t get refills on our drinks and they forgot one of our plates. I tried getting our waiter’s attention by standing by the register but he walked past me several times and didn’t acknowledge me. To top it off I heard yelling and cussing coming from the kitchen. It’s unfortunate I was really looking forward to eating here, I even invited my family who had never been here. I won’t waste my time coming here again.

Great little Thai restaurant near downtown Visalia, CA. The«Heavenly Noodles» are awesome, and the flavors are perfect. The only reason they don’t get 5 stars is because the time it took delivering the food. We had a party of 3, and two orders came out at a reasonable amount of time; however, another 10 minutes goes by before they deliver the third dish — no apologies or anything. I’ve only been here twice, and they have definitely improved since the last time(took almost 2 hours to bring out food)…but they still need to work on making sure all the food is ready at or around the same time.

Bad service. Very bad attitudes. They ran out everything. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Mmm mmmm mmmm! This thai food is always on point. My family and I are regulars here and we love the orange chicken, chicken pad thai, pad se ew, and the drunken noodles. The portions are very big, we always do family style and there are always leftovers. The staff is always friendly and the establishment is always clean. Love this place!

AUTHENTIC Thai/Lao/Isaan food. Really impressed, and my heart is warmed. BOMBASSDELICIOUSFOOD. I had somtam and laab nua and it was better than MOST restaurants in San Francisco. Also, their Cabernet was some Lodi and decent. Id choose this place over KinKhao everyday of the week. Yay! I don’t need to try any other Thai restaurants in the area because this one was EXCEPTIONAL. I can be pernickety about Thai food… a real pain in the ass. However, the waiter was very patient with me and listened to all my preferences. Also, the waiter was hot, kinda like the food. If you’re a seasoned spicy food eater, I’d suggest going for a 2⁄3 level. I chose a 4 and it made my eyes water and took me back to Chiang Mai.

Food is great but portions are small. There are other places In town that serves the same quality food for a better price which is why they have been losing patrons as of late.

One of my favorite places! My friend always orders the Mom’s Special, usually order the pad thai. Always delicious. I’ll post more updates as I become more adventurous and explore other items.

Their food is consistently good. The beef larb is to die for. Must have it rare and sour. 3 chili’s spice range is enjoyable. Sticky rice is a must. I love all their noodle dishes. Curries are as good as any other place. Appetizers are pretty bomb. Everything seems to be seasoned damn well. Nothing too salty or plain. Maybe too spicy but that’s subjective. The one con that can kill the experience has always been the wait time. Not for the service because the wait staff are all very attentive. But the wait on the food is atrocious. But I’ve got to say they are improving.

I’ve been here 5 or 6 times before and I really want to love this place. The food is SO good. The service and speed is SO bad. Tonight was the final straw. 1 waiter on a Friday night? We left without eating because our plates were still empty 45 minutes after we arrived. Thanks for the time suck, Keothip.

The food is great, place is clean. The one issue is their inconsistent schedule. It is supposed to be open until 9pm, but frequently they are close at 8 – 8:15 which is very disappointing after a long day.

Authentic is what I was craving, and my favorite thai restaurant delivered. A very down to earth and family orientated estaishment that I recommend to anyone and their family looking for fulfillment of delicious, fresh, asian courses. Bring your family, and or order take out for an appetizing night of awesome food. :-) :-) :-) :-) :-)

Love the food there and wanted to pick up before closing so I call int order 17 minutes before closing and they said the chef is done for the day? What kind of business is this that doesn’t stay until published hours?

I just wrote a review for their Fresno location… and for the food parts, the same rings true so I will copy and paste those because they apply here as I have ordered the same thing. I originally tried Keothip at this location. On my first visit this place was kind of dead inside and I didn’t think that was a good thing, although I still remained hopeful as they had good reviews. I am glad that I didn’t get deterred because the food was fantastic. Here is my review of the food: I absolutely LOVE their Pad Thai!!! They do their Pad Thai a little different from the couple of places that I have tried and that’s what keeps me coming back, that and their Garlic Sautee. Here they toss their Pad Thai in a sweet Thai peanut sauce that is just so yummy and it really makes the noodles moist and wonderful and sets them apart from the other places I have been. The noodles are cooked to perfection, not chewy or rubbery and the chicken is moist as well. One thing I noticed though is there is not that much egg, although its not a deal breaker. The Orange Chicken is really good, it is lightly battered… not heavy and greasy like you would expect from Panda etc. I like how they garnish it with FRESH orange zest, and you can really taste it. They give you nice strips of chicken too, not cut up little nuggets like other places. My 2nd favorite dish… is the Garlic Sautee Beef!!! Oh YUMMMMMM!!! I do not like spicy dishes and a lot of Thai dishes are spicy, or so that has been my experience when visiting places. Even when I have asked for items to be made not spicy they still come out packing heat. Here, this dish is perfect… there is NO heat, just garlic and LOTS of it. The meat in this dish is so tender, which shocked me. I was thinking it might be like meat in a broccoli beef dish where its a little tough/chewy/fatty, but this meat was so tender and easy to chew. They serve this dish with garlic obviously, bell peppers, cilantro and onions and it is heavenly. I love to order a side of steamed rice and put the toppings over it and eat it that way. I even love to put the juices from the sautee over the rice. I could possibly go without ordering the Orange Chicken… and possibly be talked out of the Pad Thai if I absolutely HAD to choose, because this dish is so AMAZINGLY delicious!!! I highly recommend this dish to any garlic lovers/likers. It even keeps well in the fridge and tastes just as good the next day. One thing I will note is that on one of my visits, this dish came out rather salty… so it may just have been an issue that day, but it was sodium overload. Their Thai Tea is really good and a great addition to your meal, its a must order when eating Thai food!!! Just note that the prices on the online menu are NOT the same prices that are on their restaurant menu. On their online menu it shows it being $ 2.95, yet it is $ 4!!! They really should update that… it’s not like its just a .10 difference. The service here has been 50⁄50. On my first visit I had outstanding service. I had a girl take my order and then a young man come over and continually refill my drinks and make sure that I didn’t need anything and if I did he was Johnny on the spot. My other visit, I was seated… my order was taken and the food was brought, that was it. I had to go up and ask for my check and ask for to-go boxes and ask for my own water refills… you get the point. Overall, I am glad that I found this place and I would really recommend it to someone that is looking for really yummy Thai food that is a little different from some, mainly that Pad Thai with the way they toss it in their sweet peanut sauce.

It was good — and if someone said«hey, let’s go to Keothip» I’d certainly go along and know that I would enjoy my meal. But enough to give it more stars? {I wanted to go 3 ½ but couldn’t figure out how to do that!}. The service was good. Perhaps a little slow, but very nice. I just wanted a light meal after a long day, so perhaps I didn’t give the place a real chance by trying a «signature dish.» I ordered the Spring Rolls and the Yellow Curry Soup. The rolls were good, but I have to say, ingredient-wise, they came up a bit short. The filling was about 75% lettuce, with the remainder split between the chicken and the noodles, with a smidge of cilantro. Good, and fresh, but not OMG-good. The soup was actually delicious. As an appetizer, it would easily serve 4. For me, as the«entrée» I may have polished off 1⁄3 of it. The flavor was really good. Spice-wise, I’d say it was enough to get the attention of my sinuses, but not enough to make my eyelids sweat. {I didn’t want super-spicy so this was a perfect level for me tonight.} The potato and carrot chunks, while delicious, were huge. I couldn’t bring myself to ask for a knife to eat my soup… yet I apologize for anyone who caught a glimpse of me trying to maneuver those bites :) I ordered a glass of wine — my expectations weren’t high, because I don’t typically find good wine lists in Thai restaurants. However, when your only choice is by grape and not brand… and the price per glass is something you don’t even blink at… let’s just say you’re not going there for the wine. All in all a good dining experience. Wonderful welcoming service… nice atmosphere… good food. Wish I could bump up my review by ½ a star.

I had to eat light for lunch so I wouldn’t pass out from a food coma when I return for the meeting. I ordered beef phở and spring rolls. I was somewhat disappointed when the bean sprouts and cilantro was served without any basil. I LOVE basil. The phở was decent but I’ve had better. The beef flanks weren’t as moist, kind of dry. The spring rolls had chicken in it which was something I haven’t tried before. It was ok since the chicken was kind of dry too. The dipping peanut sauce helped it. The food was more than I could eat so I packed the rest to go. The place was clean and the service was good… after all I was the only on on that side of the restaurant during lunch.
