Efficient Movers

EFFICIENT MOVERS??? Avoid this company. Never returned my calls. Hired another company and gave them a $ 100 bonus.

This review is based off of a recent move I had this company do in May 2015. The movers were nice, and they came on time and did the job of moving. However, they broke the leg of an expensive dresser we had. It’s an accident, these things happen. I called the company and talked to «steve» the manager, who said they would send somebody out to estimate the damage and repair it. This was on 5÷9÷2015 Unfortunately, it’s now 5/​18, and despite 4 or 5 calls to follow up, they have not responded and seem to be ignoring my calls. I had a second move planned this month and will not be using them again, but they get an «F» for not standing by their work and making false promises to fix problems. Avoid this company, shame on you, and they are being referred through UHAUL, hopefully not for much longer.
