Not only is this salon clean, beautiful, and incredibly chic, but I just love that EVERYONE on staff is 100% dedicated to ensuring their clients feel beautiful inside and out. The products used are always the very best, and the recommendations of the stylists genuinely in the clients best interest. WORST HAIR DYE EVER. I went in to get my hair ombred from a girl named Tiffany, I told her I wanted it to look natural with no line and that I didn’t want my hair to look orange. She gave me just that. She literally bleached the bottom half of my hair completely blond because she left the bleach in for too long. She then put toner in it and it was still completely blond on the bottom half of my hair. She had to go back through and put more toner in it. By the end the bottom half of my hair was orange and there was a line where it turned from dark brown to orange. It was gradual at all and the color was awful. People literally asked if I had fried the bottom the half of my hair.
If I was her I would’ve been ashamed of my work. I then called the salon back and asked her to fix to it because she had literally done all the things to my hair that I specifically had told her I didn’t want. She had the audacity to ask for extra money to cover the cost of the toner, even though my mom had been nice enough to give her a tip.
I ended up going to Renaissance on main street and they did a fabulous job. Moral of the story if you go to this salon make sure Tiffany does not do your hair.
