Dash Therapy

I had a great experience working with everyone in the office. I don’t believe I would’ve received the level of care I did at DASH had I gone somewhere else. Thank you all again for everything

I have not gone to Colette for hand therapy but I have a friend who is a retired PT who is VERY PARTICULAR, and has nothing but good things to say about Colette.
BTW, there is a very negative review here on Unilocal.Just check out this person’s other reviews. Nuf said.

Is there a negative star rating? This place is a mill. They do not care about your recovery and should be sut down. One Thrapist crippled my hands for two weeks to the point I could not pull up my underwear. She did it by scraping my neck with a shoehorn thing VERY hard and the nerves were damaged. The same day I threw up in the office and could not walk but, out the door they shoved me. Every time I went they hurt and damaged me worse, permanently. They were scraping on raw bulging discs. They ridiculed me and belittled me and told me I had bad posture. Guess what Ran… V D I had two cracked vertebrae and ALL the disk in my t spine and l spine were protruding or bulging, one started to herniate but my body scarred it shut. I told them it was my back over and over, and the MD needed a referral from them to get the test I needed. Laziness and lack of concern seem to be the thing here. I do hope DASH knows who I am and they crippled me, possibly for life. Oh yeah when asked for adaptive equipment I was told they didn’t know about that. What?! That is what occupational therapist do! I designed and drew up my own brace. They used their plastic and heating machines but I desinged it. They tried to charge me a lot of money for a brace I designed, a lot of money (over $ 1000). The front desk is bad too. For the record DASH it is spelled wheelchair not will chair and it is a device for those that have trouble with the lower body. Drive to San Francisco or elsewhere get real help eveyone who has lost thier hands deserves a chance don’ let them cripple you too. Seriously.

The front office staff knows what they are doing. The physical therapy assistants are very courteous and helpful. My physical therapist is friendly and really cares about my outcome. Overall a great place to go!
