My husband purchased a motorcycle in July 2014. He paid CASH and was told that the paperwork would be processed and he should expect the pink slip within a few weeks. After many conversations with the owner who always promised paperwork would be forth coming he FINALLY received his pink-slip this past Tuesday October 2015. He had received documents from DMV stating that he was delinquent in registering this motorcycle and therefore unable to drive it. Finally after threats to obtain a lawyer and place a review on Unilocal, the registration and pink slip arrived. I just would like to share my story and caution others in the purchase of a motorcycle from this company.

Let’s do the positive 1st, its now closer to Hwy 99& got to love the service guys: they do the job right. BUT, they hired this blonde girl, Desire, who must know little about motorsport. She is always in a hurry when trying to «help» over the phone & everything is «so confusing», as she puts it. I went to the store and found out it was still«so confusing» to her: I also noticed she was busy looking at her own cell phone while«listening» to the customers’ explanation. She was eager to get rid of the callers too! It took one of the guys to listen to me once and they helped me right away. One thing I noticed is that he looked at me while I spoke to him. Desire leaves a lot to be desired ;) for D & E customers. She lowered my score for D & E. Put her in the back room where she might cause less damage!

Took my bike in for a shift shaft replacement and a clutch hub replacement, they quoted me 300 and they said it would take 2 weeks but they called me telling it was ready only a week later, when I went in to pay they only charged me 130, they even put air in my tires and wiped down my bike helped me load it into my truck and were happy to help me. Definitely recommend this place!

Took my Yamaha bike in after a summer of not using it because it would not crank. I said I suspected the battery was dead, but it might need a tune-up as well. Got the bike back one month later(after they said it would be done within the week) and when I got it home it still wouldn’t crank! Turns out, the battery was dead! For over $ 200 D&E rebuilt my carburetor but didn’t bother touching my battery. I now take my bike elsewhere, somewhere that is competent for doing basic care of motorcycles.
