Creekside Day Spa & Wellness Center

Received a gift certificate for a facial from my family. Was supposed to be a one hor treatment but only lasted ½ hour. Front staff not very friendly and the treatment room was not very clean. The facial was substandard.

I called to purchase a gift certificate over the phone for someone else to redeem and the service was excellent! Quick and easy, and polite as well!

Simply the best!!! The entire staff are so friendly. The doctor is the best work I’ve ever seen. And I’ve seen a ton. I am in the Beauty industry and we see plastic surgery allllllllllll the time!!! So he is worth his prices. Not cheap but not overly priced. Remember you get what you pay for.

I have gone to Creekside Day Spa approximately 3 times for laser treatment to remove a tattoo and have been very pleased. I need one more treatment — MAYBE 2 and there will be no signs of ever having a tattoo.
The nurse and the front desk receptionist are always pleasant and flexible (I brought my baby with me once, she was asleep in her carrier car seat and I wasn’t allowed to bring a baby in, I didn’t know this so the receptionist stood up in the lobi and made sure to rock my baby back and forth for the 15 seconds it took to get my laser treatment done and then I was able to pay and leave in a matter of 5 minutes total)
I was very impressed with them being so willing to still see me and the adjustments they made for me because I had driven from Fresno. I don’t know of any other business that would do this.

My husband always buys me gift certifications from Creekside Day Spa for Mother’s Day and other holidays.
This is the most relaxing place to receive treatments. The staff is very kind and caring.
I would recommend Creekside Day Spa to anyone looking for a first class day spa experience.

I’ve done two reviews for this place so far. My last was an update from a previous appointment with Creekside. I am giving my final review for this business as I am done with them.
The director of the Spa side of this business actually called my home to talk to me about my very last review here on Unilocal.I thought that was HIGHLY unprofessional as Unilocal is specifically designed for customers to give reviews on a business.
To top it off she immediately started asking accusing questions like I had done something to cause the permanent makeup to change (if I had a stroke, if I had botox, etc). She did try to schedule me an appointment to come back in, but my gut told me not to go. They don’t deserve my money.
If she had done the style of brows I wanted to begin with instead of brushing my ideas aside so carelessly from the start, I wouldn’t be such a pissed off customer.
My final review is that customer service here is shitty. Creekside… this is one woman who wont be returning and don’t contact me again.

They offer some amazing spa treatments but all of that is over shadowed with the rude customer service they off to their clients. I will gladly pay $ 18 for a massage in the mall then deal with rude customer service.

I had a 3:45 apt with the med side of this facility. Upon arrival at 3:50, I was very rudely treated by the nurse on duty who insisted I had a 3:30 apt — at this juncture who knows who had it right. Instead of kindly rescheduling me, she hemmed and hawed to the point where I had to say «I’ll just leave» at which point she was terribly relieved.
This is a service business to which I’ll never return, at least to the med side — there are other laser facilities in Visalia.

I love this Spa!!! I had my makeup done there by Robin. And she is the best. I highly recommend her. She took excellent care of me. I new to Visaila and didnt know were to got and went to CReekSide and I’m so happy I went there. My makeup came out great. I can’t wait to try other services there.

Good place for a facial and massage! Everyone is sooo nice! Kind of pricy but worth being pampered.
