This company maintains they make the best anti-​lice product made up of all natural ingredients. Buyer beware: The ingredients found in these VERY high priced products are actually natural oils you can get at any vitamin shop. They charge an outrageous amount of money and then engage in fraudulent tactic of asking at the time of checkout if you want to add another product. When you say «no» they add it anyway. And then their customer service is HORRIBLE. Called a girl named Renee there and explained my card was charged and I was shipped something I didn’t order. I told her I wanted to return it and I wanted her shipping account information to do it since this was their mistake not mine. She said she couldn’t do that and that she’d get someone to call me back. That was last week. Never heard from them.
Any parent out there struggling with an outbreak at your child’s school knows this can be a major undertaking to rid your child and home of these buggers. But trust me — google natural anti lice remedy and you’ll find the same stuff this company sells and you’ll pay ¹⁄₁₀ of what they charge.
And you won’t have to deal with such crappy service either. You’ll be lucky if you can get anyone on the phone as their automated message always answers. And they never call back.
