Seriously, if you are reading this and 3n1 has been dispatched to your house by a home warranty, please call and ask for a different company. My dad was without AC for 4 weeks(2 ½ of them in 100+ temps) because of them. Repeatedly didn’t show up for appointments, misdiagnosed the problem, repeatedly didn’t turn in the claim to the home warranty causing delays, didn’t return calls, and when we finally did get them on the phone(by repeatedly calling), the lady was very, very rude. Ultimately we had to get a 3rd party serviceman out to fix his problem because they ended up not being qualified, after taking $ 400+ in parts from my dad. It’s really sad to see a hometown small business care so little about its customers. Word of advice– run, run far far away.

If it were possible to give this company negative stars I would gladly do so. Poor Customer Service, inability to fix my AC unit, do not answer phones nor call people back, lied to American Home Shield to have my account transferred to another company. My AC unit in Fresno, CA has been broken for 2 months. AHS dispatched out 3 N 1 and they came out 8 times and were still unable to fix the AC unit. When AHS tried to dispatch them out AGAIN(a 9th time) they lied to them saying I had called them in a hostile manner making threats. Rediculous! I never could get in touch with them to talk to them so I don’t know how I did that. Basically they cannot do their job, they say they have a satisfaction guarantee and this is not true. They lie to AHS when they can’t fix the AC unit. DONOTGOWITHTHISCOMPANYUNDERANYCIRCUMSTANCES!!!

If I could give negative reviews of this company I would. Super unprofessional. I think most of their business probably comes through warranty company’s. If you call and the warranty company tells you 3N1 is coming out to service or perform work you may want to ask for another company or you will be feeling miserable for a long time. Oh and just try to call them and ask for help or an explanation Ha Ha Ha, they won’t answer their calls(even during business hours), don’t return your call(when asked many times) and will not follow up on parts that need to be ordered to fulfill orders for days. I’m dealing with my air conditioning unit and it’s been dead now for about three weeks and daily temperatures are over 100 °F, you think I’ve been comfy waiting that long for them to complete this project? Be very careful when calling on this business! You’ve been warned.

Do not use this company nor let American Home Shield send them out to do work. After charging us $ 315 for refrigerant saying that American Home Shield would only cover $ 70 for new refrigerant they then dumped it in and were ready to leave but no cool air was coming out of the vents! All they looked at was the temp at the unit. So then they came out the next day and said that they were unable to get to the ducts exiting the unit so would have to «cut the beam»…WHAT??? Total incompetents. I can only wish that they go out of business soon. Their business does not deserve to live.

If I could leave negative stars I would. Very unprofessional and non caring unless u «are a cash» customer as they state on there voicemail Yes I had to leave SEVERAL voice mails just for them to call us back even after they almost burned down our house with us all sleeping! We woke to very thick smoke and smoke detectors going off! It was very scary thinking my house was burning down my wife who woke up first had to wake up me and my daughter. Then we both needed to deal with our 2 cats and 2 dogs! That we did not want burned up! I am very pissed at the tech who installed a new blower for us but as he installed it under the moon light because they overbooked us for that day the tech was using his CELLPHONELIGHT to see in the dark and install something very important with his cell phone??? My wife even asked him if he would like to borrow our flashlight as she noticed it was dark outside. He installed the wrong size motor!!! I bet if I were not a home warrenty customer and if I was paying out of pocket they would have made us a better priority. Just to add that they were going to get paid threw home warrenty anyway. I do not understand why we have not been contacted by the owners of the company regarding this issue and it’s been over a week already. So the moral of my story … DONOTUSETHISCOMPANY! Where is the –10 stars. This company is a joke. Had an appointment since June 30th. They were supposed to show up yesterday between 4 and 8pm and they never showed. I had called their emergency phone number, no answer, called office number, answering machine not capable of taking messages. Stay away at all costs. This was a company assigned to my repair from my home warranty company, AHS. Michael S., in response to your comment I will call you a LIAR. No one answered the phone for a week and I have call logs to prove it. No message capabilities from your regular number or emergency number. I am not the only person who gave you 1 star, and like I said«where is the minus 10 star catagory» It appears everyone else who posted a review had a very similar story to mine. Perhaps you should think about another type of business, because clearly your company has failed miserably on many occasions. Quit now and do us all a great service by doing so. I might also mention that I had another apartment that needed the dual pack replaced and your company was sent there in December 2014. When the girl from your office phoned me and told me my cost was $ 2000(which was high), but wanted the money up front. I had informed her that was against California State License Board regulations and offered to pay a portion up front and the remainder after final completion. Again, never heard from you again. Beware people, this company is SHADY.

It was impossible to reach anyone. When a third party warranty company made an appointment for us through them, we still couldn’t get a return call from them. When we called to say never mind, they called right back. No thanks!

I had to put a star but If I had a choice it would be none. This company was called out by my home warranty company and they came out on a Tuesday and told me what was wrong and they ordered the part for my air conditioner. Told me it would be here in a couple of days. I tried to call them twice and email them and nobody returned my phone call. Now it’s a week later my air still broken then my home warranty puts me with another company because this company waited a week to call home warranty to say they couldn’t work on my unit. You mean they didn’t know that when technician came out. I would not recommend them at all. They have no business sense and don’t realize word of mouth and social media don’t help businesses they need to have more business sense

I had an accident with this company. They«came to my place twice» turns out they were going to the wrong apartment. I emailed them why their employee may have gone to the wrong apartment since my apartment has two units. I never received an email back and they actually stopped picking up my calls after they told me to go through my provider and schedule a different appointment with another company because they wouldn’t come out again. I posted this same complained on their Facebook page and had another person reply to my post saying that the person that went to their house was drunk. Never ever make business with these people. They have no regards towards their costumers and critical situations they could put them in with the valleys weather.

Poor communication, both from staff and office. The 2 weeks of 100+ temperatures were pretty much unendurable because they couldn’t keep appointments, call me back, or figure out what was wrong the first two times. Do not recommend.

They are hard to get a hold of them and once you finally get through, they dont show up and take very long to get things fixed. Don’t use them.
