I didn’t appreciate one of the nurse’s tone. The way she talked to me yesterday, she was very rude. She was irritated the whole time I was talking to her on the phone. No compassion whatsoever. Only because I was trying to get a blood pregnancy test done right away as discussed with the other nurse that I spoke to before her. If you’re pregnant again after a miscarriage and have spotting at 8 weeks, wouldn’t you want to be assured that your baby is ok? That’s all I was trying to do and got treated really bad. I hope she won’t have to go through what I went through. The only reason I still went there yesterday was for my peace of mind, to make sure my baby is ok but I’m never going back. Although the Front Desk Supervisor was very nice, it’s not enough reason for me to stay. I’m not paying anymore money to be treated so poorly! Have a nice day!

I had one of the worst experiences at this office. Aside from feeling like I was completely ignored throughout my pregnancy, I was consistently told that a natural labor would be unlikely, because most women need an epidural. In addition, I was misdiagnosed with gestational diabetes, when I requested to be retested, the nursing staff said it wasn’t possible and the doctor I saw advised me against it. Knowing that it was my choice I pushed for them to retest and it came back that I was not gestational diabetic. After that at 28 weeks, I switched providers. I delivered my son at 37 weeks at De Paul hospital and couldn’t be happier with my decision the leave. I won’t get within 10 feet of the practice, an absolutely horrible experience.

OK it’s a mediocre practice but their business office is unprofessional at best, harassing at worst. Yes, I recently missed an appointment(my bad) — as soon as I received the their notice I processed a $ 30 check through my bank(the was 7 days after the missed appointment). I continue to receive e-mails and automated voice mails. As of this moment, I’ve been on hold with billing for 26+ minutes. I’ve tried to reply to their billing e-mail — well the link is broken. They sent a PASTDUE notice — the missed appointment was 16 days ago — 16 days and a PASTDUE notice! Even credit card companies give you 30 days to pay from their billing date. The check is probably sitting on some incompetent clerk’s desk. Are they doctors or bill collectors? I will be reporting them Better Business Service and will continue to warn folks to avoid at all costs.

Ick! We all hate going. Let alone talking about it. I’ll just say that Dr. Lisbet Hanson at this practice is a wonderful doctor. She’s very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. She’ll take plenty of time with you and is a good listener. You never feel rushed, and you can tell she genuinely enjoys helping her patients.
