Disappointed with the customer service and finished product. Only use this company if you have the desire to redo your carpets after they leave.

WEAK service! I purchased a service on Groupon a few months ago. Called and gave my address and phone number. I live in an apartment that is serviced regularly by competitors and when the day came for my appointment (window of 8 – 12.Noon) No one showed up or called. I called and rescheduled at their convenience. On the next appointment I called at the beginning of my window (2 – 6) to verify we were still on. The customer service representative said they could not service my area due to «truck loaded equipment» She mentioned to say she had called me numerous times but my voicemail was not set up. I asked her to verify my phone number. It was correct and I currently have 5 voicemails… NONE of which are from them. I also had received numerous phone calls from other people throughout the morning. This company is uncooperative and full of excuses. I will never recommend them. Groupon has never steered me wrong before and will continue to shop with them. However, this «Tornado Carpet Cleaning» service will not have my blessing or recommendation to anyone in the Norfolk/​VA Beach area.
