This may or may not be obvious, but Jim specializes in tube amps. I bought a vintage Fender Vibro Champ off eBay that played beautifully for two months and quit. This was my first tube amp although I’ve been playing for a while, and Jim was willing to answer all the questions I had. I wanted a grounded power cord and a new light on/off light because the old had burned out. Turns out a fuse had blown and that’s why it stopped making sounds. I also had him change the tubes and make sure nothing funky was going on inside. It was done the same week even though I had no urgency. Tl;dr The service was high quality, quick, and reasonably priced.
