Dear Thorough Clean. I’m so sorry about this my review was in error. I hope Unilocal can remove it. It was «Thoroclean» I meant to review and will review now. I never even had your service and don’t live in your area. My mistake.

I had purchased a LivingSocial that had expired. I contacted the company asking about their pricing before even mentioning that I had a LS credit. He refused to give me a quote until I told him how I had heard of the company. Then when I wanted to go ahead and make an appointment he gave me a runaround on when he would be available. I became so frustrated by him that I found another carpet cleaning company who was able to come out that same day. Unfortunately, purchasing through LS was money wasted that I will not be able to recoup. His practices seemed very shady.
