This is not a good franchise. Very immature teenagers are running things every time we come here. Most times they are goofing off in the back so you have to get their attention when you walk in. Then they always realize halfway through the process that they’ve run out of supplies, which means another delay while they run back to find more vegetables. The last time I was here, I had to repeat myself a million times. Then the guy at the register wandered off — right in the middle of ringing me up – to procure a black marker to write on my wrappers(which I never see Subway do elsewhere) and he took the opportunity to listen to a joke from his buddy and be gone for a long time. It was so bad his coworker was shooting dirty looks toward him. I feel bad for anyone semi-intelligent who has the misfortune of working in that environment. We love Subway for its healthy menu, but we have given up on this location.
