Shine is a wonderful place to practice yoga! Jen and the other instructors are always warm and welcoming and I feel at home there. Their knowledge and commitment to teaching yoga is evident in the classes held at Shine. It’s my happy place!

Shine Yoga is such a wonderful place. The atmosphere is supportive and uplifting and the energy is so positive. I have struggled for years with degenerative arthritis and could barely do any of the poses my first class. Now, a few months later, I have more mobility than I have had in 20 years! What a gift!

Shine is fabulous. I take my daughter here for kids yoga on Sunday’s with Angie and she absolutely loves it. It’s one of the few places I have found for Kids’ yoga in the area, the prices are not bad and Angie is a fabulous instructor. The studio is bright and sunny and the ladies who work here are so nice and helpful. I talked to the owner for an hour straight the first time I came in, it’s definitely got a great vibe going on. They have some pretty cool merchandise for sale as well, I got a really nice lavender eye pillow here that I love. I myself have not taken any classes here because they dont offer childcare, but I am hoping to swing in on a weekend sometime soon. I am so glad I found this place. If you have kids, you should definitely check out their kids program. Yoga is great for all ages!
