Sears Garage Door Installation and Repair

This is a local family business with great customer service and quality craftsmanship. I had researched several other companies for garage door service and could not find a company to do everything I needed until I contacted Mr. Dave and his team. I was leery to call Sears at first as I assumed it was going to be another 1 – 800 number with a company that doesn’t do business in our area and push me off to a subcontractor with little or no affiliation to the actual company. What I found was the best combination of the national name recognition of Sears and the personal touch of a local family owned operation. I received several calls to remind me of all of the events and the person calling was always pleasant. I needed new garage doors, openers, and had some rotted wood around the door frames. It was very difficult to find a company to do everything, as most contractors I talked to would only install the doors or repair the wood, not both. With Sears garage doors, I got new everything, doors, openers, tracks, remotes, wrap, trim, rotted wood replacement, etc. for a very reasonable price. The attention to detail was outstanding, and they were very respectful to my house and property. It was good to see a family member on hand during the entire installation process, and everything was clearly spelled out, with no hidden costs. I also liked the convenience of being able to use a Sears credit card and get 12 month no interest financing. I couldn’t ask for anything more and I am completely satisfied with everything.
