The salads here are tasty and fresh. I’m just upset that the total for my dad and I came up to be $ 28.00. OMG $ 28.00 for 2 salads. Seriously? –__–

Their Napa Steak salad is so delicious and it’s only 350 calories, meat is included. The place is bright and very clean. People were helpful too.

When I first heard about this place, the concept seemed pretty uninteresting to me. How could a restaurant with a menu consisting of mainly salads be anything but totally boring? But I figured I’d tried it because I did hear that it was good, and I’m really glad I did! I found a new favorite place! They have so many options here! Not just salads either. And I love that you can kind of customize it or make your own salad and choose your own dressing. The possibilities are endless! I’ve only had their salads, but my sister has had some of their sandwiches. We haven’t found something we didn’t like yet! All the workers are super nice as well. They’ve always been friendly and greeted us as we walked in the door, and they all have smiles on their faces. It’s a nice environment to walk into. So far, I’ve only gone during off times and eaten at odd times during the day. It hasn’t been busy at all anytime I’ve gone. It’s been almost empty, actually. But it seems like they have their regular customers who come pretty frequently. I love their salads, and if they were located closer to me, I would definitely visit more often. It’s a great place!

First time here, i feel like the menu on the website does no justice. There is endless possibilitys. They have a few named salads but then you can substitute anything or you can create your own or pick 2 soup salad or sandwich. This is not just a salad place! Not what i expected at all. The service was excellent, I was almost getting anxious with all the options then the worker told me her favorite, which happen to be all of what i love on a salad which narrowed it down, until i saw the dressings, there is way to many dressings but she said salad comes with 2 so i selected 2 different ones on the side. Best of both worlds. Wish they had later hours its hard to make it there with traffic before they close. Found out they deleiver thats a good feature.

OMG first time going here and it was DELICIOUS. I had the Avocado BLT and Cobb Salad and it was amazing. Can’t wait to try other things from there. Highly recommend this place to the salad/sandwich lovers :)

My wife and I I got a Mandarin Chicken Salad and a Buffalo Chicken wrap delivered for lunch. We wanted to try it based on all the good reviews. The salad was horrible, no way was that Chicken. It looked like tuna and and was cold and soft and wet bread came to mind. It was nasty. I was expecting nice thick grilled chicken. I’ve no idea what kind of chicken that was. The buffalo wrap was okay but all I tasted was the wrap and lettuce. I didn’t even taste buffalo or chicken. I don’t know maybe I got a bad order but it was bad enough I would not gamble with a second one. I would’ve given it one star all day based on the food alone, but the online ordering and delivering service was great so an I’ll give them a reluctant two.

This place has seriously blown my mind salad and soup wise multiple times. Usually I am not a fan of salad bars, I get grossed out by the idea that things are old or not clean. But this place is not like other salad bars at all. Everything is top notch and delicious! I have had several of their salads(all amazing) and their soup twice(also amazing) and the cookie I had once was top notch. I also have had a heated pressed sandwich which I didn’t expect to be much, but it was phenomenal. What takes this place over the top though is that they DELIVER for free to Hilltop. As someone who works in Hilltop, this is a big deal. They will also deliver dinner to people who are in Hilltop(say students and their families at a basketball game). This is a big deal when you are looking to feed your family and don’t want fast food or Five Guys but you don’t have time to sit down in a restaurant. Everyone that works there is also unbelievably nice and helpful and they keep the line moving fast, which is always appreciated.

Great deals on Wednesdays. Very good salads. Even a half size is big. Try the soups! Every one we’ve had has been great but the lasagna has been our favorite so far. It’s great quality for fast food and very healthy. Calories are listed and salads are all made fresh before your eyes.

Amazing salads, tons of choices. I made my own salad and there was too many options to only pick 5 toppings. But non the less I made a perfect salad for my tastes. My husband got a panini and soup, which the soup lobster bisque was amazing as well. Service was a little slow, but it seemed like they were training new people so we didn’t mind the wait. Going back for sure.

Not that expensive for the portion. Unfortunately, most of the lettuce was starting to brown. One suggestion would be to remove the premade salads on display. They really aren’t pleasant to look at and didn’t make choosing easier.

Not bad for a salad… not great either. Got the adoan salad with tuna. The tuna was 1″ x 1″ and ½ thick. Not worth the money at all. My second visit, I got the cobb salad which was much better for the money. The clam chowder was cold and very salty. Place was clean. If you have the time, No Frills around the corner has much better salads for 2 dollars more. Would eat here again for a fast lunch.

I fell in love with Saladworks in Philadelphia, and I got sooo excited that they are here in VaBeach! Huge portions, tons of healthy options, white or wheat rolls… And honestly I’m so infatuated with the Fire Roasted Cabo Jack(but I sub swiss instead of jack… So I guess it is Fire Roasted Cabo Swiss?), that I have to force myself to try other things. Their soups are quite filling, and almost always quite low cal. My husband likes the steak salads on the Carvery menu, so it isn’t too too«girly». Tips: — ask for your dressing on the side… They usually use a lot when they toss it in for you, and most of them are quite thick, so they are very conducive to «dip fork then spear bite of salad» technique. — don’t be scared of the pasta/lettuce mix… It is quite tasty! — allow for a little bit of extra time if you order off the Carvery menu, since they cook that meat to order. — if you are one of those local Jim White groupies(if you are from the Hilltop /Great Neck area, you know what I’m talking about), they have a list of Jim White approved things posted on a displayed flier above the first case

«Knowledge is knowing tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad.» Dear saladworks, Where have you been all of my life? I have wasted so much time and money with other salad bars. You are the only one for me. Forever yours, EAW I had saladworks bookmarked and actually started the listing on Unilocal but hadn’t made it in for what ever reason. My first visit was yesterday and I went again today! If I were to start a franchise this would be it. The restaurant is bright, clean and perfectly set up. There are more than just salads. You can choose a panini, wrap or soup or any ½ combo of each. You can choose from predetermined ingredients in your salad or make your own. I opted for a soup and salad combo because I like variety. The half salad was a generous portion along with broccoli-cheddar that is just as good as panera’s! All is served with chips or bread. I highly recommended the wheat roll. So good! The most impressive thing to me is the fresh quality and that they grill the meat made to order. I highly recommend the seared tuna on anything. I usually frequent Whole Foods for my salad but I have found them more expensive for less food and variety. Overall Saladworks is my new favorite lunch place…

So fresh. So clean. So good. Come hungry because portions are huge. I’ve eaten there a few times and I always gravitate to the sushi bar salad(look at my face, are you surprised I would go Asian?). The tuna is barely cooked, just the way I like it, and there’s a healthy serving of edamame. But let’s talk something legitimate here. Their cookies!!! I mean, damn, it was the best thing ever. If you’re lucky enough to approach the register as the cookies come right of the oven and are just packaged, you’re in for the best thing of your life. And if you work in an office and in need of catering, these folks provide can take care of all that for you, too.

I’ve been waiting for a salad shop to hit our area for a long time! I was so stoked when Saladworks opened at Hilltop. I’ve eaten here several times. Each time the ingredients are fresh, the menu selections are quite large, the service is friendly(even though I get the impression that the servers are all new and don’t receive a great deal of training before they’re thrown on the line). My favorite is the steak taco salad(cooked rare) with the salsa ranch dressing on the side. All salads come with bread. The wheat roll is out of this world! All of the salads are fairly pricey… we’re talking $ 11.50 and up. However, I can eat half and save the second half for dinner, but I don’t have a huge appetite. When I asked for an extra roll, they gave it to me without extra charge. I really like this place and hope they stick around. I’m a huge salad fan! You can custom order your salad.

I saw where this was opening up and thought I’d give it a try. So I texted my friend to see if she wanted to head out for lunch. She mentioned this place. As it turns out, Saladworks is a chain. She told me that when she lived in New Jersey her office would order from this restaurant. This place just opened it’s doors, so it was slammed with customers. My opinion on this place, it’s good. I think of it along the lines as a Panera Bread. They serve sandwiches, salads, platters and soups. They cater and also deliver. I ordered the Turkey Melt. It was very good. The sandwiches are smaller than those that you get at Panera Bread and you don’t have the choice of chips, apple or baguette like you would at Panera Bread. But their salads really do seem interesting. I felt like they appeal to women more because when we ate there, I noticed majority of the customers were women. To the men out there who prefer something different or healthy for lunch, don’t let that stop you from eating there. But if I were you, I would definitely wait until the new(as in new car smell) wear off a bit. Would I go again? Sure. But it’s still new and so that makes it the hottest spot in town for lunch.
