Very poor service… took 3 rugs in to Rva Rugs. 3 weeks later only 2 were finished. Was told to come back the next day, did and picked up a wet rug. I now have to hope it dries 3 days before Christmas… Find another place to get your rugs cleaned this company does not know the meaning of customer service.

When I needed a rug I went here and other stores. The rug I purchased started to thin in certain areas! I called them and called them and after a month they have not returned my call. It’s not a place I would recommend

After a long day of searching for just the right oriental we made one last stop and finally found exactly what we were looking for at RVA. Gorgeous colors. They didn’t have our size but found one in Nepal just off the loom, 2 week delivery! Great service. Very pleased.

Have purchased five or six carpets, had problems with one Machine made. They took it back and exchange for whatever I want, No problems, also had several orientals cleaned there. Nice people and fair to deal with

We’ve been looking for a rug for months, and had no luck. Walked in here, we were asked what style, size and price range and found at least 3 we liked. Great selection and we found the perfect rug. Great quality and they made it easy.

Very nice rugs — tons and tons of handmade rugs in here. They do have some on sale and some that you can get for around $ 800‑1200 for a large size — 9×12 and 8×10 and such. But most of the beautiful ones you are really going to want are the $ 3000 – 5000 range because they are gorgeous.
They sell rug pads as well and will deliver to your home for free and help you set it up and put the tables and chairs you want in place on it.
Expensive, but nice.
