Called Roto-​rooter for a clogged toilet. The plumber (Joe #2181) arrived early and finished the job very quickly. Our toilet is back in business!!!

I do not recommend this company at all. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate (which I was told was free); the first day they were supposed to come out the technician was 5 hours late. The guy also tried to charge $ 90 after I was told it was a free estimate. I called to verify the free estimate and told that it in fact was free. Now today I get a call to schedule an appointment for next Friday after I was told the technician would be able to come out and that it would cost me $ 90. If you like getting the run around use this company, otherwise stay away!
