Public Storage

I have had nothing but great experiences with this facility. My only complaint is that year by year the rent goes up, up, up. Now I’m moving out because honestly I’m throwing away almost 100 dollars a month and just can’t justify it now.
The office manager is fantastic. I mean, I have not had much need to go to her, but when needed she was so great. Storage facility is well maintained, contrary to the other review, and secure. I think if you live nearby you can’t go wrong with this spot.

Pamela was fantastic helping us get setup with our new storage unit. She was very friendly and answered all of our questions. We felt like we made a good choice with choosing Public Storage for our new storage unit. I would recommend Pamela and Public storage to all of my friends!

This is the worst storage place ever. I wouldn’t store Isis feces in this place. In the time that I had my unit they never fixed the light fixture in my unit. I reported it several time and it was never fixed. I assume the problem was in the wiring because when you bumped the fixture the light would flicker but never stayed on (and yes, I changed the bulb but it didn’t help). This would be a good indication of a sort and the high possibility of fire. But not to worry, every time it rained water would flow through the unit so that would have put out the fire from the shorted wire.
My belongings were ruined and anyone that I ever talked to about it gave me the brush off and never did anything about it. They were generally uninterested in listening to me when I told them about the potential short in the light or in the water flowing through my unit. DO NOT STORE ANYTHING HERE, it will either be destroyed by water damage or by the potential fire from the faulty wiring and no one there will do anything to correct the situation.

I used the power of Unilocal to find the closest and affordable storage facility. So I ended up choosing Public. This is the first time I ever rented a storage unit. I signed up online and in less then 10 minutes I got a call from the wonderful and helpful Pamela! She asked when I would be coming. And when I got there she went over everything very clearly and was so helpful. It was an easy eyes wide open experience. The unit and property is very clean and safe. I recommend this place and Public give Pamela a raise!
