Pizza Hut

I guess I’m just lucky compared to the other reviews. I always order online and get carry out. The morning/​afternoon crew always does a good job. The weekend crew… bunch of high school kids… that why I give it 4 instead of 5 and only go during int he mornings on weekdays.

I order from this pizza hut on occasion, online. When you order online it gives you a count down for when your order should be at your doorstep, usually between 30 – 45 mins. On many occasions the delivery man bets the clock! I placed an order online yesterday and when I got my pizza it was undercooked. I didn’t end up calling them about it because I was hangry and ended up eating oatmeal for dinner. I was very apprehensive to call them the next day and I even contemplated bringing the pizza into them so I could prove it was undercooked. I ended up calling and the manager, Stephanie, answered my call. I explained I ordered a pizza the night before and it was under cooked. She was very apologetic and never questioned me. She comped my next order (same value as my last). I was very satisfied with the customer service and the solution provided to me. I will continue to order from them in the future.

Terrible customer service! Delivery driver claimed to knock and ring the doorbell, I have three kids and a dog that go nuts anytime a person gets near the door. Called the store and spoke to the manager and she was very rude and thought it impossible that the driver went to the wrong address. The driver allegedly did attempt to call, but left no message and my phone didn’t even ring. Don’t waste your time ordering from this restaurant!

I love Pizza Hut and probably used to get pizza from this location at least once a month, I’d say 80% of the time it’s great, but the last 3 times it have been a failure and now I’m thinking I have to start getting Papa Johns or something I like less. It was so bad the last time that I complained to corporate.
They didn’t cut my pizza, it seemed to be way undercooked even though I asked for «well done» in the comments section online, they just threw on the spinach after it came out of the oven so it was raw spinach, and lastly they forgot to cook my breadsticks at all… that’s right — I got cold (almost frozen) breadsticks with unmelted butter on them. I thought about just cooking them myself, but didn’t because I was slightly afraid of how long they may have been sitting out/​thawing. It actually makes me sad because I used to love Pizza Hut.

Its pizza and its a chain. We went for the new hot dog pizza because why not try something odd. It was acutally pretty tasty. Delivery was fast and price was good. We also got the burnin buffalo hot wings and they were nice and crispy and a good size.

This place completely lacks customer service skills, from their unwillingness to accommodate my delivery needs to the way they seem inconvenienced when I pull up to get my takeout order and it cuts their cigarette break short. My advice would be to pick another location, or to pick a local competitor who will treat you as if they actually value your business. You get one star for being close to my house, and that is it.

This location is super convenient as I live down the street from them. Nice employees, and the pizza always tastes great. The only annoying incident is that one caller who took my order, never input it into the system so I found myself picking up nothing and having to re-​order in person. Also avoid the call center. They place your order at a location farthest from your address instead of placing it in the nearest location. That happened to me as well.
