The doctors are great, my primary doctor is there, but unless you have an appt 6 months in advance, you will never see your primary doc no matter how important the medical issue is. I have had the same illness happen to me 3 times in the last 9 months, saw my primary 0 times because no spots were available. Explained to secretary how concerned I was about this same illness happening over and over again and wanted to see my doc instead of a diff urgent care doctor and still couldn’t get appt unless it was 6 months down the road.

Until last week, I would have given them a 4 or 5 star rating. I was 10 mins. late for my appt. and they would not see me. While I can certainly understand the importance of being on time, 10 mins. is usually the time I spend sitting in the waiting room waiting to be called back to the exam room. A little ridiculous if you ask me. I called the office manager, Pam, to discuss the issue and never got a call back. And, the nurse who made the decision not to see me made the receptionist at the front desk do her dirty work, which was even more unprofessional. The doctors there are great, but I am not impressed with the professionalism with some of the nurses and other staff.
