The doctor maybe be wonderful… never actually met him, but just try to get your money back after prepaying for services. My 76 yo mother prepaid for cold sculpting, about $ 1900.00 and then fell and broke her hip. Ended up having emergency surgery and then rehabilitation at a center for a few months. Her orthopedic doc says she will not be able to tolerate laying flat on her back for approx. 4 hours to have the procedure done. Called the office to get a refund, because prepayment was a requirement at that time, and she has been waiting for a month to get her credit card refund. My mom paid for this in September of last year. It’s a shame that it has taken me 4 phone calls and still no resolution… the response is always the same, «It takes about 30 days for refunds to process and I’ll look into it and call you back». That call just never comes!!! So again, I call and get the same run around. This is no way to do business. And I’ll say, although my mother can’t have this done, I sure do know lots of people who could, rest assured, I tell them to steer clear of this place and their questionable business practices. That is no way to do business.

Dr. McDaniel is a pioneer in this cosmetic laser technology. He’s featured in national magazines and has a lot of certifications and recognition. I don’t think there is anyone more experienced and educated in the area. If you are going to trust someone for a cosmetic skin procedure, do your homework and choose the best.
I went to Dr. McDaniel to have a couple small chicken pox scars removed from my face. I grew up with the scars and was excited to hear there was a way to remove them with lasers. It was called Fraxil. I had the areas treated a few times. Overall I am pleased with the results. They didn’t go away totally, but at least they look better. Dr. McDaniel made sure I had a realistic expectation of results. I’m not sure it was worth the money, but I knew that was part of the risk.
That’s the problem with these laser places. Whether it’s hair removal, stretch marks, sunspots, wrinkles, cellulite, whatever, the doctors can’t guarantee it will work. Seems like you are gambling a lot of money. I think overall, it’s best to just stay natural and be happy with how you are. But if that’s not possible and you want to try a procedure, pick this place and save up some money.
