Ok. For starters this place is a small, quaint, no frills Peruvian restaurant that also happens to do some Mexican dishes. If you want to go for the Mexican stuff you won’t be disappointed but you WILL miss out on the best it has to offer. The Seco De Carne con Frejoles(Peruvian Beef Stew with rice and beans) is phenomenal. Stellar comfort food made by a loving chef. Taste it once and you’ll agree. I also highly recommend the Papa Rellena(basically seasoned beef with raisins rolled in mashed potatoes then covered with a batter and deep fried til crispity crunchity and super delicious. Garnished with thin sliced, marinated red onions. Awesomeness. And they offer different ceviches which I will be trying on my next visit.

Great fresh Mexican food, I ordered the rotisserie chicken with rice, beans and salad and it was pretty amazing. The chicken was so moist I can eat it everyday.

Its not bad. It’s a hole in the wall kind of place but the food is great for the east coast Mexican food. There were two poles please working the place is long and alot of tables. Since this place opened only a couple months ago they seem like they dint have a menu or they just gave me a piece of paper for whatever reason. Red sauce was amazing loved it. I will be back here.

My husband passed this place on his way home from work and it had a «grand opening» sign up, so he told me that he wanted to go.(Mind you, it has been a hot minute.) I called my mom and my siblings and we all met there for dinner. It kind of reminded me of the now defunct Panchero at Landstown, or even Chipotle in setup(like a Mexican subway? Are you picking up what I’m putting down) the menu was very basic and somewhat limited, but the food was decent. I was a little surprised to see fillers like potato in the taco salad but I do know that in poorer parts of Mexico(and according to my stepdad who hails from souther Cali, some areas there, too) but overall it wasn’t bad. It was a little bit of a hike from where I live, and in my opinion, not really worth it. Not bad in a pinch but definitely not my first choice for Mexican food.

This place hits the spot if you happen to pass by it. Small menu full of satisfying and flavorful food. It smells great inside too. I was so hungry while waiting for my food I ended up devouring my asada torta in 10 minutes.

Not your generic mexican place, best chicken and mexican food ive had in a whiile. You’ve gotta try their homemade corn tortillas! Also, I don’t think it’s on the menu but you can order some banging carne asada fries.

omg — finally I found a place that is comparable to the amazing Mexican food I had back home in California. The tacos definitely hit the spot. The food is a mixture of Mexican with some central american flair — think black beans instead of pinto beans. We had the al pastor tacos, carne asada tacos, lamb tacos, and the kids had cheese quesadillas. The tacos were so good! This Mexican girl is finally happy!

The chicken asado is good but over priced. They only have soft corn tortillas that are very small, I prefer flour myself. I’ve been 3 times and tried a few different things to give em a fair shake, but I’m not going back.

Updated review. They have handmade tortillas and the rotisserie chicken does not disappoint. I will be a repeated customer as long as they do not lower their quality. This is the only place in the are with authentic tortillas that I know of.

Really, really good. I work close by so I’ve eaten here twice this week. I liked it the second time more than the first. It’s sort of like a chipotle type place where they have burritos and other options that you can customize at their grill. It’s much more authentic Mexican flavor though. I far and away prefer this to any kind of burrito I’ve had at a sit down restaurant. I’ll definitely be back frequently to try other menu items.
