Went there at 8 instead of using good judgement. EVERYTIME I go here I have a horrible experience. Thinking today might be different. NOPE. at 8 o’clock no grilled chicken. Different offer to make any just sat there in silence. Can we please shut this KFC down?

This is the slowest fast food I’ve ever been to. On top of the slow service, the staff are disengaged, unfriendly, and act confused when taking any order. Skip this location if you can.

Waiting for a friend to show up while waiting in the parking lot to get something to eat, the employee came out and ask me what I was doing. Um, okay, I am leaving and going to another resturant.

This is hands down the slowest fast food restaurant I have ever been to. I can honestly say I’ve never had a good experience the 5 – 6 times I’ve been here. It’s not like the customer service is bad because the workers that have taken my order are very nice BUT the food takes forever to come out. 90% of the time the order will be wrong too. It’s extremely frustrating because no one likes to be «that guy» inside a restaurant and cause a scene while voicing their complaint to a manager but at the same time you want to get what you paid for. My personal advice would be to avoid this location and take the extra few minutes to drive to another KFC or Taco Bell. You will end up saving time by driving the extra few minutes to another restaurant opposed to waiting all day at this one.

If I could I would give this Taco Bell /​KFC a ZERO. My mother loves KFC chicken, and ask me to get her meals from KFC about twice a week. I am not exaggerating, when I say, «every time I go to this location, they get the order wrong» This location is close to her house, so thats why I go there. They never get the order right and always charge me for the extras like all white meat… even when I order Tacos, they get that wrong too. And its usually cold.
