I have bought/​sold 3 houses in 3 different states. This is the most incompetent realtor I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Cindy Hawkes appears to be a reasonable choice for a realtor, until you sign the documents to use her as your agent. Then you are SOL. She repeatedly makes errors in the electronic property listing documents, neglects to follow up after the initial listing is advertised, lies to clients, and her behavior/​attitude borders on harassment. Is this the reason she doesn’t have her name on her KW Realty advertisement here?
