I am very disappointed in a business that takes advantage of it’s clients. Especially when doctors and nurses are concerned. I walked in this clinic feeling very vulnerable and in serious need of help. Jenny the sales consultant knew exactly what to say and lied to my face. First, promised that if the treatments did not work I could get a partial refund and she would file my insurance (because you have to pay up front). I paid close to 3,000.00 for a year of treatments. Included in this was your labs, B-​12 shots every week, and inserts. You have to pay for any medications you take orally. My first two inserts were painful and not much was explained to me. I only saw minimal improvements. The third time they called and canceled my appointment and finally when I got an appointment I sat for an hour and a half in the waiting area before someone came out and stated they were running behind and it would be more than 30 minutes before the next patient would be called. She said we could leave and reschedule. She was rude and acted as if it were our fault. I opted to wait because it takes more than 30 minutes to get to the clinic. I was eventually seen two and a half hours later. It just got worse after that. They no longer gave B-​12 shots, they never filed my insurance, I felt no better, I gained a lot of weight and when I tried to contact Jenny she never returned my phone calls. I signed up in March and after four months of leaving voice messages and speaking to someone I thought was corporate I received 1 B-​12 shot, 3 labs, 3 inserts, and B-​12 chews I was informed that I will not receive any money back and I can file my own insurance!
