Mike N. Has 6 reviews and all are negative which seems a little fishy to me. Why would one want to ruin reputations of 6 good businesses? You got an answer mike?

After referral from several friends, I called last Thursday to schedule a service appointment to fix problems with our home network and Internet connection. The appointment was for 3 pm today. At 4pm I called the 800 number and was told that someone had called at 2:30 and left a message that they could not come today and would next be available at noon on Friday. That simply was not true. I had been home all afternoon and there were no phone calls. The Friday time would not work for me. When I explained this to the person on the phone, they said there were no alternatives. I asked to speak to a supervisor at which time the person on the phone became quite rude. I’d not recommend wasting your time with this firm.
