We had a leak which affected our whole kitchen and dining room. We had hiccups and bumps along the way, but it was finally restored to its original condition. The workers were all professional, caring, and did great work. We had some problems that we expressed, and we appreciate that the owner David called us, accepted the criticism, took responsibility, and changed some policies. Over-​all, we would recommend First Atlantic Restoration to others.

During a storm, 65′ of my fence blew down — into the neighbors yard. 7:30 in the morning — a cold, windy and rainy morning, I called and left a message. Chip called me back promptly, said he would have it taken care of. Mike and Rick showed up — were extremely polite and went right to work. In two hours the old fence was removed and a temporary fence installed and they were on their way. I am very grateful for their prompt and professional service!

Horrible company. Everyone from Lee the manager to troy the supervisor is a liar. Every email or phone call was a lie. They made me pay for services that the insurance company covered so they can make more money. Then when they finally did the work it looked like a bunch of blind monkeys did it. I can’t believe what I saw. My family is totally disappointed and now we’re out money cause they ripped us off. Beware!
