Doug, the owner, was paid to replace the padding underneath the carpet of my SUV after my sunroof leaked and soaked the padding. He initially stated that we would not be able to dry the padding and replacing the padding was our only option. After he viewed the carpet, he recommended not replacing the carpet too because it was in good shape. He had the vehicle for a few days and when I picked it up the carpet looked brand new and everything was dry. I paid him and went on my way feeling good about the work Doug had completed in my SUV. A few weeks later I was swapping out a sensor that is located under the driver’s seat and discovered that the padding had not been changed and was covered with mold. I had noticed a faint smell of mold over the last week, but thought it was just from all of the rain we had been having — also, I had the sunroof fixed before I took the vehicle into Doug and after I got my vehicle back from Doug I have been using a car cover(just to make sure I didn’t have a repeat leak). I called Doug the next day and he told me that he had explained to me that he did not replace the padding and that he had spent the few days drying my carpet with fans. I explained to Doug that the reason we brought him my vehicle was to have the padding replaced and that is what I paid for … I paid him a lot of money to ‘replace the padding’ — not for him to ‘use a fan to dry my carpet.’ He became a bit aggressive and said good-bye and hung up on me. So, Doug(the owner) tried to scam a customer and got caught. Instead of making things right he decided to make his fraudulent charge my fault?! Stay away from this establishment — or take your chances. I’m glad I paid with my American Express because they are now investigating and have already reversed the charges. Also, Doug stated that he was a retired Navy Chief and I’m retired Navy … not that being professional and honest should hinge on one veteran taking care of another, but it is another data point on why anyone with upholstery need should seek other establishments.

Worst experience I have ever had with a business. Work was done wrong and I was then cursed at and hung up on while asking simple questions of what he would like me to do. Threatened and yelled at when I tried to give him money to be done with the transaction and hung up on again. Bi Polar, poor work, and horrible experience. Stay far away

Fantastic Service. I bought a top I could not use do to my after market roll bar and they worked with me with a extra top they had available and replaced my canopy top the same day. Great prices and excellent service.

Helped my dad fix his leaking convertible top instead of selling him a replacement. Thank you!
