My friends and I walked in here at 9:24 on a Saturday. We asked what time they closed and they said 9:30 so we left. We then went to grab a togo slice of cheesecake across the street and when we came back at 9:40, the doors were still open and the open sign was lit up. I looked on the website and it said they close at 10 on Saturdays. I’m not sure why they would tell us they closed earlier than they actually did. All I know is we won’t be going back there.

It appears this place has a «NO REFUND POLICY» store credit or gift certificates only. Yes make sure you are aware when you purchase from this store and change your mind that you will not receive your money back per the manager. My partner purchased a pair of sandals from this establishment and after walking through the small Pennbrook mall decided to take them back. He said I would like a refund to the manager and she told him «That will not happen, that is not our store policy». Even though he just purchased them within a hour. I believe this store or any store for that matter should state that there are no refunds prior to purchasing the item. It makes not sense to have it on the bottom of a receipt which you get after the purchase. I did not notice a sign by the cashier or by the door which stated that there were no refunds. this company will not be around long if they continue to treat there customers like this. They might be doing well now by getting all the money they can on the front end but true longevity in sales comes from repeat clientele and I for one will never shop at this store again.
