Second day in a row I showed up to pick up merchandise for our squadron. Closed again. Yesterday it was a hand written paper sign saying «closed today.» Today it was another closure. Phone is busy. Not sure what is happening around this place. My time is worth money. Driving to pick up stuff during advertised hours two days in a row is really frustrating. Once I get my stuff, we’ll be taking our business elsewhere.

Needed an order filled by Friday — was ready for pickup on Thursday, but after I got home I found that one item was misspelled and two others were missing. It took a while, but was finally made right.

Ken came through with same day service. The ring turned out exactly how we wanted it! So thankful. Definitely recommend his shop if engraving is what you need done. He might not alway answer his phone, but that’s because he’s busy doing great work.

Hard to get on the phone. Don’t respond to emails well at all. Wanted upwards of $ 40 to scan in logo to engrave on a plate… seems excessive.
I’d go elsewhere… such as Crown Trophy.
