I recently worked with Brian and Atlantic Pool to clear up an extremely mismanaged pool at my rental property in Virginia Beach. Brian was extremely honest and professional throughout the process and his team was very expeditious in getting the pool where it needed to be in a short time between tenants. I’ll be retaining Brian long-term for routine maintenance and care and really appreciate his communication and ease to work with. Keep up the good work.

Last year I would have given this company a 5 out of 5. They were efficient, did great work, and our pool was always left in great condition. But as pool companies, sometimes do, they have also proven themselves to be unreliable. We called them before Christmas to see if they would come out and clean our pool. Said they were booked until after the holidays and to please call back after the first of the year. No problem, We did that. Set an appointment for Monday morning the 20th. Hadn’t been there by 1:00 so we called to just double check. Said they were running behind and would be there in a couple hours. Again, no problem. However…when they finally did come, they stayed for maybe five minutes(if that) long enough to leave a postcard for another pool company on our front door with the note«we can no longer service your pool». Huh? So we called to see what was up. They answered the phone but wouldn’t tell us anything. When pressed to find out their reason, we were told they didn’t have to give us one! And hung up! Great professionalism! Before you say, well, we were late on payments or didn’t pay them. Not true. Guess they have more business than they can handle, but if they want to keep that business, maybe they should change their style? Need a new pool company!!!
